  1. Up for sale my Walther PPK (not PPK /S) .380 ACP in Stainless Steel. I’ve owned it for several years and I’m the second owner. This is a great shooter, or alternatively, a collector’s piece. Manufactured in the 1980’s by Interarms of Alexandria VA, considered the premier USA producer of this particular firearm · Complete with original vinyl case. Has some tearing at the hinge · All original papers including the “proof” target paper · 3 magazines all OEM. 2 with pinky extensions · My estimate of appearance is 95% · Included Galco slide holster. (never used) · Set of aftermarket rosewood grips. I purchased, and immediately concluded that the black plastic originals looked better. But they are yours. I’ve shot this very little during the years I’ve owned it. Excellent pistol with a great history. I’d mention the James Bond thing, however I’m sure I’ll get called out for it since he never actually owned one in .380 ACP. But I threw it in there anyway Asking $750.00 $650.00 Not looking for trades, however, I would consider revolvers in .357 or .44 Mag. I am willing to travel a reasonable distance for an established TGO member. TN ID Required. HCP even better. No exceptions. Thanks for looking!
  2. Exactly 100%. We buy/sell/trade firearms. There is no obligation, or should not be, to sell trade or whatever with anyone we are not comfortable with. TN DL is a minimum however if a trader wishes to see my EHCP and sign a bill of sale, I'm perfectly happy to comply. The TGO community, frankly, is self-policing, which is why I like it. My 10 cents
  3. That is one sharp looking revolver GLWS
  4. Welcome! We are Neighbours. Great folks on here, have fun.
  5. Ruger LCP II is worth looking at. Easy to conceal and pleasant to shoot.
  6. Own Glocks. Like and shoot them. But a Glock is a Glock is a Glock. Fully functional, predictable, and reliable. Shot a friend's Echelon and immediately wanted one. Ordered and arriving soon. It's about shooting what we enjoy. That's what makes it fun.
  7. The Wild West is calling. Bump for classic lever action fans who may have missed this.
  8. I agree with this. I shot cowboy action (SASS) for a few years, and those folks are particular about anything leather, as was I. There was a member of my club who specialized in custom manufacturing anything you wanted in any style or color you could imagine. You paid a pretty penny; however, the workmanship and one-of-a-kind approach really worked. The benefit from your perspective is no inventory and all custom orders. If you can hook up with a local SASS group and get your name out there, you could do well. As noted above, cranking out holsters and laying them out on a table at a gun show isn't going to work. If you do good custom leather work and earn a good reputation within the cowboy community, you can't go wrong. My thoughts. Good luck.
  9. Favorite pistol currently (subject to whims and fickleness) Canik TTI Combat. Great trigger and a natural balance not found in other semi autos I own. Looks really cool too, as a bonus. Coming in at #2 would be my Ruger SP101. Not much you can say bad about Ruger revolvers, or anything else they manufacture frankly. Probably have a different opinion after the next range trip. But thats what's fun about shooting
  10. Thanks. I was sad myself. It's one of those firearms with the kind of character that modern firearms lack. You'll find another one.
  11. And now for something completely different…… Winchester 94 Legendary Frontiersman 38-55 for sale. I understand a limited number of these were manufactured in the late 70’s. I used it in cowboy action side matches. It is accurate and an extremely fun “old caliber” lever action rifle to shoot. · In very good condition some light scratches on the right side of receiver I tried to capture in photos. · Has a Marble Arms peep sight mounted on rear and what looks like the original on front. · There is a dovetail for the original buckhorn which I do not have. · Will include the original box, however, it’s in very, very bad shape. If you’re considering a purchase, leave this out of your equation. · Comes with 35 rounds of HSM 38-55 240gr Round Nose Flat Point Cowboy Action ammo. · Approximately 300 Chey Cast Hi-Tek Super Coat Bullets. 245 grains. · Approx 450 pieces of Winchester and Starline 38-55 brass. · Set of Hornady 38-55 Dies. Asking $1200.00 for the package. I am just west of Knoxville however I will travel a reasonable distance for an established TGO member. Thanks for looking.
  12. No price. No pictures. Probably not interested.
  13. One more bump before I call Mr. Selleck. Excellent rifle needs a new home. I'll consider trades, preferably revolvers.
  14. Thursty, For what it's worth I run a Ruger RPR in 6.5 Creedmoor for 1000-yard competition. One of the best "lower cost" LR rifles out there in my opinion. I reload for it however if you are getting into Long Range which I suspect you may be, my RPR really liked the off the shelf Hornady 140 grain ELD rounds. (81500) Just throwing it out there, good luck with your search.
  15. Bump plus price drop. Must be a Quigley fan out there.
