  1. And believe it or not I have a HD that Hamilton Bowen will get later this year.
  2. OK - Getting back on topic.... Here is my dream wheelgun. A S&W Heavy Duty with a Bowen Classic Arms conversion in .45 Colt.
  3. No Kidding. I also got the spam from the A--Holes after they stole our email addresses from the S&W Forum. Do those jerks really think that is good business?

    One Hundred

    WOOHOOOOOOO !!!!!! Post # 100.
  5. WOW! Even I'm not that Hard Core!
  6. But won't the "sign" keep the Bad Guys out?
  7. OK..., Lets be a bit Non Sensitive. What ammo was it? Very good expansion. Appears to be an exit wound to me. Did they recovered the bullet? I've seen this very same type of wound happen to folks who use the "Over The Top" hand slide rack or "Stove Pipe Sweep."
  8. Corvettes.
  9. American Soldier.
  10. AGREE - Teach Your Children Well! I am always amazed by folks that don't understand that simple # 1 Rule.
  11. The funny thing about S&W wood grips is that they are worth more than some of the firearms. Back in the day we all pulled them off and replaced them with rubbers making for today's "shortage" for factory wood. Those combat grips on my 24-3 will bring $200-$300 all day long just by themselves.
  12. I haven't forgotten. S&W 24-3 .44 Special Combat.
  13. Mike.357, Follow that google link above and you'll find the "compare-contrast" of what Yeager teaches & what Yeager does. I think the first post was an attempt to point out a REAL HERO does (CW3 Herring) instead of a fake one (James Yeager). A picture is worth.........
  14. The confusion was all mine. Maybe I'll a little bit on the "hairtrigger" side when it comes to commenting on the valor of soldiers. Sorry if my posting seem a bit harsh but having been present when Silver Stars were earned I am in awe of true heros. NOW - Getting back on topic! Can somebody tell me the dirt on the "instructor?"
  15. Rightwinger, Thanks for the link. I understand the comment now.
  16. Ahhhhh...., You're going to have to explain that comment to me. We don't give away Silver Stars
  17. Looks at what is happening..... The Dems & the Media have framed this as "Guns in Bars" without any comment about the HCP holder not drinking. Think about this logic - You are safer in a McDonalds than a Ruby Tuesday because HCP holders can carry while eating their Big Mac.

    Kel-tec PF-9

Follow this link for all your answers! http://www.ktog.org/ The Bulletin Board is the forum. There is a section for the PF9
  19. Can't stand the Second-Hand-Smoke. One of these days they are going to have somebody who "forgets" the cigarette danging on their lip and lights off all that powder in the backroom. BTW - Allowing smoking within 50 feet of stored gun powder is a BIGTIME OSHA violation...., not to mention Dumb!
  20. I've been using my C&R for the discount with Brownells for over 10 years without the need of a tax number. I just updated my account with my renewal FFL and have made three orders since then with the discount in place. I would give them a call and tell them that you are FAXing a copy of your 03 FFL.
  21. That was me! Case Study Example - Last year when ATT begun their effort to get into the cable market - - - COMCAST hired Mrs Naifeh as their sole lobbyist. The ATT bill never went anywhere in the house.

    1,000 Yard Range

You have to close the road running next to it. The 1000 yard line is across the road on the other side of the range.
  24. The "ziplock freezer bag" is my method also. You can also double bag the firearm and hold it in tight using rubber bands for the week long stretch. I have never had a holster that didn't loosen up using this method.

    1,000 Yard Range

The only 1000 yard ranges that I know of that are open to the public are in Tullahoma & Oak Ridge. Not aware of any near Hickman county.
