I think you're confusing authoritarianism with the right-left political spectrum. There are authoritarian governments on both sides of the spectrum, i.e. communism and fascism. While there was not a lot of practical difference between Stalin and Hitler's governments, the ideological basis for their rule was worlds apart. I don't want to get into a treatise on political theory, so just take my and other's word for it, Hitler was extreme right, not extreme left.

If you have the money, buy some better gear. It's not that Lee cannot work well, but based on my experience trying to set up a Lee progressive, the money spent on better gear is well worth it. If you don't have the money, follow Mugster's advice.

Hitler was an extreme right winger. Fascism is the far right of the political spectrum. Mao and Stalin were left wingers. Communism is on the far left, just right of anarchy. I wouldn't let this effect my views if I were you, when carried out to the extreme both ends of the political spectrum have terrible consequences.

I don't know about that, JackDog. If you extended that logic to other major natural disasters then over half of this great nation ours would be uninhabitable. You couldn't live on the west coast for earthquakes, forest fires, and land slides. The plains would be out because of tornadoes, and the gulf coast has hurricanes.
