  1. I'd be game for some grillin as well.
  2. Thats because the media does not want gun owners to know they have options. Instead they would prefer we remain hamstrung by previous restrictions, and not khow we have options.
  3. Just watched the video. That's funny right there! If you've ever watched them in a crowd during any celebration, they like to shoot into the air a lot too.
  4. I'll be going to this one as well. Havent been to one in awhile. Think I might try to trade my CZ for a glock 19 (plus cash of course)
  5. I love Justified. It's currently my favorite show on TV. Raylan is the coolest character around.
  6. I should think with practice it would become easy and qucik. A mini14 mag change would be similar to an AK mag change, use the full mag to hit the mag release lever, then just rock the mag in then use the free hand to work the charging handle, then rock on.
  7. I currently have a CZ-82 as my EDC. In a Kholster, its plenty concealable, and with its 12+1 capacity I have plenty of ammo. Cheaper than dirt sells FMJ for as low as 8.99 per 50 for Brown Bear, 9.89 for Tula, and 10.99 for JHP Silver Bear.
  8. Surgical Speed Shootiing by Andy Stanford is a good book.
  9. To my left is my CZ82, (I'm a lefty) to my right is my beagle. I guess I'd throw the beagle at him, them put 2 9x 18's in his head. I love my dog , but master needs to save himself.
  10. Welcome to Tennessee, patron saint of shootin stuff.
  11. +1 on the CZ82. I have mine as my primary carry weapon. Smooth DA pull, and single action breaks clean. I have shot every thing through it, no problems. I've even limp wristed it, no jams. Plus 9x18 ammo is cheap.
  12. CZ82 in a Crossbreed supertuck. I've been wearing it around the house to get used to it. I'm saving for a Glock G19, and a Dale Fricke Joab A/C IWB holster.
  13. Just got home, and waiting for me was my HCP. It only took 17 days from fingerprinting. Wally walk tomorrow!
  14. In the barracks, clowning around, foul mouth. Out in public, never. Yes sir, yes maam all the way. Of course thiis was regular infantry 20 yrs ago. Even so, the young men that I have met that serve now are very respectful and professional. I think some of the earlier posters are right and they were just posers.
  15. Welcome from another 'Boro resident. I shoot at On Target as well. I currently go on Sundays every couple weeks.
  16. Personally, I didnt mind On Target. I only paid $90.00, as I have an annual membership, so drivng to Greenbriar just wasnt worth it in time and gas.
  17. Maybe Righties shouldnt have ambi safeties. I'm a lefty, and its never happpened to me.
