  2. I never understood the Nashvegas thing in NC they refer to Greenville as G'Vegas, and what happens in Nashville does not stay in Nashville
  3. Better to have a budget gun on your waist than a more expensive gun on layaway.
  4. The Marine Corps spends allot of time on Marksmanship, 6 days snapping in and then 4-5 days actually on the range qualifying on the last day. Then after boot camp at MCT we worked on combat situations and learn about the other weapons the Marine Corps uses and that was a 3 week school.

  7. In the USMC you shoot from 200,300 and 500 yards (with iron sights) to qualify and if you can't qual at boot camp they send you home because every Marine is a rifleman regardless of what your MOS is.
  8. I would bet its the same size as the .45acp in that model, I know the sub compacts are the same size regardless of caliber.

  12. It is a small Target 40'inches tall 20" inches wide, but it gives you great confidence in the rifle when you can hit shots like that at 500 yds especially knowing the ak-47 has a max effective range on a point target of 300yds. The M16 Qual Course
  13. Marines shoot at 500 yds as part of qualification from the prone but 8/10 is a fairly common score
  14. I think the AR is superior, you can hit a Man target at 500 yds with iron sights
