5. So I've been digging around the Internet and this forum for the past few days. I could not find anything that straightforward answered my question. I've been going to Percy Warner Park quite often lately. I've seen where they tried to make a Law and then they tried to change it or something for TN State parks? I will also be traveling to a number of other state parks the summer. Can anybody give me what the law currently states right now for handgun carry in state parks especially Percy and Edwin Warner Park. The only thing I seem to understand is that private parks can post a gun buster sign. Where do we stand on the state parks though? I noticed that in 2009 it looks like we got the right to carry in the parks? Since then what I'm reading seems like we lost that right or that they were trying to take it away? Am I correct? 6. I installed this thermostat at the end of this past summer and it has worked fine up until about a week ago. It was blowing cold air while it said it was heating the entire time. I woke up one night and it was almost 50° in my house. I took the faceplate off and noticed that the OB orange wire had come out and was not connected properly. I reconnected the wire and once I reconnected the wire the nest says it is heating but no warm air comes out and my system does not turn on. once I reconnected the orange wire into the OB slot I selected O under the equipment list and the heat works fine. when I try to turn AC on no cold air blows out but when I connect the orange wire to the OB slot then the AC kicks on. this past weekend I noticed when I woke up one night that the heat was on and set to 73 but for some reason the nest turns blue and says it's cooling but nothing is coming out. when I reset everything and have the OB wire unplugged I can get the heat to come on but if I leave it alone once it goes through a few cycles it turns back and the nest is blue and says it's cooling but it doesn't do anything. to tell you the truth I'm almost done with this thing. I was just wondering if there were any air-conditioning pros out there or anybody else who has had this problem and can help me? I will try to attach some pictures of what my system looks like and the wiring so that y'all can try to help me. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks! As you can see right now the heat is running and working with the OB wire not engaged. More than likely I will wake up tonight and the heat will have been running but at some point the nest will switch over to tell it to cool and it will be stuck at 73° and it won't heat or cool. I have a semi-understanding of it and think I know what it means, but I can't say I'm 100%.
This rifle measures over 26" so the vfg would be ok. Just measure from the end of the brace to the end of the muzzle device. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

We need to go to Charlie's sometime and shoot it. I went last Sunday and everybody around me was like holy crap that things loud!!!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10.
You may have singlehandedly changed my opinion of AR pistols. Very nice gun.
Yea I hated them at first. Then I had this one pictures in my head and just went for it! Went waaaayyyyyy over budget but it turned out good! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11.
I've not tried a VFG on a short rifle before so I reckon I can't say for sure that I would be opposed to it. The main reason I don't care for them is the angle it puts my hand and arm but a shorter rifle might change that.
The reason I like it is bc of the way I grip and shoot the gun. I can wrap my hand around the entire rail. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12.
A beaut. You know you can use a standard VFG instead of the AFG on that config if you wanted to, right? edit: check that, looks like you are using conventional length buffer tube, even that 11.5 barrel might be just a hair short of 26" over all length, not sure? - OS
Yea the entire rifle measures over 26" so I'm good to go with a Vertical grip. I have just never liked the Vertical ones though. For some reason the AFG just feels better to me? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Haven't been on here in a while. Got a new job and have been really busy. I've been building this for the past few months and figured I would share it with you guys. Thanks to Nathan for helping me put it together! Now I've just got to start saving up for a good optic. Planning to do an Aimpoint Micro. Started with a budget and sure didn't end with one.... -Spikes Tactical lower -Daniel Defense LPK -Sig Brace -BCM upper -BCM 11.5" lightweight barrel -BCM Gunfighter Charging Handle -BCM full auto bolt -Troy Industries 11" Battle Rail -AAC Muzzle Brake -Magpul MOE+ Grip -Magpul AFG2 -Magpul ASP Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  16. Jacket: Condor Summit- Foliage Green-XL Price: $89 shipped (with coupon code) I have been needing a new jacket for everyday use. I have a North Face that I have pretty much worn out. I was looking for something that was relatively light weight but that would be good for rain, snow and also keeping me warm. I came across the Condor Summit jacket. It comes in a variety of colors including Navy, Coyote, Black, and the one i got Foliage. I have yet to put this through its paces but figured I would share with yall if your looking for a good EDC jacket. I had it shipped to my door for $89 from LA Police Gear. Use the code MILITARY for an extra 5% off. Front View: Dont really know if I will utilize the velcro area for patches but still cool to have. Arm pockets and velcro for patches: Rear view. The hood folds out and is stored in the collar: Hood folded out: Not insulated, but good for rain. Inside of one of the front chest pockets. Could hold an LCP or even my G26 haha: Smaller pocket inside the chest pockets looks like its for a pen, but my Spyderco Paramilitary 2 fits pretty snug. Adjustable cuffs: Inside pockets: Armpit breathers under each arm: Im 5'11 and 190lbs. This is an XL, the arms are a little long but im glad i didnt go any smaller or this thing would definitely be too short around my waist line.
  17. Paid for what? I haven't bought anything yet?

    Snake guns

Just like a coyote is harmless, but they destroy livestock. The snake was harmless but they were destroying hundreds of dollars of fish.

    Snake guns

That's what Im saying Sometimes your better off not saying a thing  Sometimes shooting a snake is like shooting a coyote..... And yes coyotes and snakes are good bc they are like the earths garbage disposal sometimes. That's why it's also illegal to shoot vultures.

You can eliminate a threat if its endangering your livestock or animals. I had some eating my fish from my stocked pond.....does that count?
