    Smith 642

The 642 has to hell and back reliability. For what you are looking for the 642 is hard to beat.

    MINI 30

I would rather have an AK. You can pick one up cheaper and they are not as picky on ammo.
  4. If you are going to run a suppressor on it then I would get a Walther P22. If not then I would get a Ruger MKI, MKII, or MKIII. I personally have a stainless MKII.
  5. Congrats! That's some fine looking work.
  6. I havent heard of them changing anything. I dont see why they would care how you get an SBR as long as the paperwork is done and they get the $200. I will see if I can find anything.
  7. Bwhahahahaha. Hedo Rick is a creeper. But I laughed my ass off.
  8. This is just like the pool we did for the college bowl games . But we are going to be picking every NFL game and the top 25 college games for each week. It is a straight pick'em, you get one point for every game you pick right. There will be no charge to play. I will have a winners and runners up prize (probably some ammo). Please use your TGO screen name so we know who is who. Go here to join : Join Pick 'em Pool PoolTracker Games
  9. I would like to get in on it.
  10. Which is it? Bama fan or Gators fan? As far as the BBQ. Jacks is good in Nashville. There is one downtown on Broadway and one just north of town on Trinity Lane.
  11. That's awesome. Good for him.
  12. I can understand them not letting .50 BMG but I don't really think that .037 bigger is going to make a difference.
  13. I think Sandra is hot. But I think Jessica Biel has them all beat.

    New H&K MR762!!!

MSRP on the MR556 is $2995 and it not supposed to be released until September. I doubt that they will ship then, they have already be pushed back two or three times. The MR762 isn't supposed to ship until Q1 2011. I think JHat is pretty close on the price, people will pay crazy money just because it says HK on the side.
  15. Really depends on your budget. I usually spend just as much, if not more, on my glass as I do on the rifle.
  16. From the guns in your sig line you have plenty of stuff to carry. Get the Remmy, sell the Hogue stock. Save more funds and get a McMillian stock. Put some nice rings and glass on it and you have a fine "sniper" rifle.
  17. I guess I missed the part about the dealer holding a gun to the mans head and making him do the deal. I guess the government should step in and pass some kind of laws that protect people from selling their guns too cheap. He wasn't forced to do the deal, I don't know what some of you guys don't understand about that.
  18. I totally agree and I wondered the same thing. Maybe the guy had no use or need for the old guns and wanted a new one. If he wasn't happy with the deal then he wouldn't have done it.
  19. He bought a CMMG Inc. SBR barrel and put it in himself. These are the instructions he used. PS90 barrel removal instuctions. Lots of pictures. - AR15.COM
  20. We usually just stop by Waffle House at like 4am on the way home from the bar for a early breakfast. Go home and sleep where you fall, and be good to go when you wake up.
  21. My buddy did one. I can ask him any questions you have if you would like. I'll try and get some pics from him.
  22. Saving Private Ryan
  23. I've bought one a few years ago for like $350. It's not the sporter, it has the black plastic stock and forearm and a regular thread on flash suppressor. It has always run fine for me. It is accurate enough for a battle rifle. It does kind chew up brass though. Nice guns for the money.
