Eddie, I read about this a couple of days ago and did not post anything until now because I really didn't know what to say. I have had the pleasure to see you at a couple of the mid-tn shoots. At the first shoot I attended Misty was there with you and immediately you both made me feel very welcome. Misty even talked me into shooting her pink handled 1911! I can't even begin to imagine what you are going through, just know that you have friends here for you.

Back in my Army days I used to spend quite a bit of time out on our aerial gunnery range. Sometimes after our AH-6's or Blackhawk's were done for the night the AC-130 gunships would use the range. If we didn't get packed up and out of there before they came on station we had to wait until they left before we could go home. (This was usually about 0100-0200 hours) Let me tell you, it gives you a funny feeling in your stomach to hear a AC-130 tearing up targets just a couple of hundred yards away. Especially when you don't have comms with them, you have no idea what they are engaging, and all you can do is hope they don't decide to shoot at you.

Well to be honest, I can't take credit for that photoshop. You all can thank my roommate for that, he is the photoshop guru. And Rabbi, if you like the cross you would have loved the star of david that had to get cut out since it was only halfway in the bottom of the pic. And the chains, they came from none other then Mr. T himself!

My friend in the area has some land out there. I wouldn't really call it a range, more like a field. But it works in a pinch. The next time we go shoot there I will send you a pm and if you want you can come along.
