1. I was thinking of getting a gang box from home depot and storing some of my surplus ammo, bugout bags etc, not a bad price for a somewhat decent storage Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk

3. Hi all, I am running low on hs6. Has anyone around the Knoxville area seen any lately? I am using it for my 9mm and 40sw loading. I have found h110 for my blackout at Fox and company. Thanks guys. Johnson Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
4. Hi all, I had placed an order more than 2 months ago with BlackoutBrass.com Each time I have tried to contact them about my order I get blown off. I suspect that it is because I purchased 1000 pieces for 125.00 and they are selling it for around triple that. If you are thinking about purchasing anything about these droogs, stay clear. I understand a delay, but purposefully dodging a paying customer because you can exploit new ones it bad business.   Lame rant over.   John
5. do a search you can find a 64 bit ISO image to download somewhere.   http://malwaretips.com/blogs/download-windows-7-sp1-iso/

10. Thanks guys. I would appreciate all the help I can get. Thanks so much.
11. My lovely wife purchased me a new Ambush 300 blackout from DD for Christmas. There is no ammunition...anywhere that I can find? Is there a place that you can buy the materials to load your own, or is that also now become useless?    Sigh...this pretty rifle and not one bullet to put down its throat...
12. Hello, My wife has purchased me a 300 blackout ambush from DD. Will one of the URG complete uppers fit the ambush without any issues? Sorry if this is just plain obvious, but I just want to make certain.   Here is the upper I am thinking about.    https://www.westernsport.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=DD-9013&CartID=1   I appreciate your help.   JC
13.
If you are a serious user avoid DPMS. They are "ok" for the person who shoots a few hundred rounds a year. As far as the 300 you can get everything you need to reload for well under $200. That is EVERYTHING. Components can be bought cheap enough that you can reload for under .15 a round or $3 per box of 20. Remember that is buying your bullets, powder and primers. If you really want to save start casting. The equipment to cast is under $80 or you can melt you lead in a $5 pot on the grill and use a $10 dipper to pour lead into your $25 mold. And when you start casting it costs under .06 a round or $1.20 per box of 20. For a long time I swore never to own a 300. I was thinking what is the point. I would even argue that the 300 is nothing special. Now that I have owned a few I will say it will alsways be part of my stable of calibers. It can do everything and so much more than the 223. Dolomite
Wow, that seems like a pretty good deal. I would not know where to begin on getting the equipment and supplies needed. I am uncertain best places to purchase the reloading items. Thank you very much for your time and your reply. JC
14. Thank you all for the replies. Great information. I found one for around 1275. I am also looking for a suppressor. I have yet to use one and it is unfamiliar territory for me currently. I have seen other brands for a little less like DPMS. I do not reload yet as again I am not well versed in that arena. Perhaps someday. Seems like there would be a penny to be made on courses on much of this including the reloading of ammunition. Regards, John
15. Hello. My wife has graciously offered to by me a new rifle. I am eyeing a Daniel Defense 300 blackout. I have reading about the caliber and would like to clarify a couple of things. Is Daniel Defense of good quality? Wanted to know if any one owned me on here could express their experience. Can I replace the upper with 5.56 without any issues or modifications? Wow, will the ammo always be that expensive? Will the 5.56 magazines work interchangeably with both calibers? Any reason to steer clear of this setup? Thank you all for your time. John
16. Davetn is correct. This is not a politicians fault, nor a party's, nor china's. Is is the laziness of us to do something about it. In this consumer based economy, we are the consumers. What change, make it happen and get involved.
17. would the midlength fit on my m&p15? what is considered mid length?
18. so, if I got a set of these Troy Industries Folding Battle Sight Combo FDE Tan (Standard Rear) I dont think i would need a riser. The quick mount allows for a little easier on and off i suppose...quite a bit of money for the convenience...but everything of quality costs these days. JC
19. Original Colt G.I. M16A2 Complete Parts Sets Will any AR15 receiver work for these? Is this one a good deal? Is there a great deal of skill in assembling these? JC
20. i have placed the eotech on the m&p without a riser. I was wanting to add the magnifier and have backup sites as well... I thought the eotech would need a riser along with the magnifier to use the iron sites as well..? Thanks for the feedback
