I hear ya. I was going to wait and have the barrel refitting done later or have a match grade barrel installed later but decided I didnt want to have to send it off again so I just killed two birds with one stone.

You know for 765 dollars you can turn that loaded into a trp. They even stamp trp on the slide etc.

Well, As of today I sent the Springfield XD 40 off to the springfield custom shop to get a combat trigger job with internal over travel adjustment and to have the barrel refitted for match grade accuracy. They say two-four weeks. I miss it already.

You dont have to "register" per se you just have to call them and give them your information and they enter it into the computer. That way when you go in there to get fingerprinted there is no other "paperwork" crap you have to fill out.

You just got to make sure you cook it in the trunk of one of those cars you are selling.

Until they do away with the monthly/yearly membership and stop requiring you to purchase ammo there if you are going to use the range I will not frequent this establishment.

I hear ya on that. I think it works okay. I prefer shooters choice as well but sometimes I gotta take what I can get as money is tight right now. I just thought it was funny that it is formulated for rifles or says so on the website yet the package says for pistols, rifles

I used to be drunk by 9am off Bacardi 151 and coke or wild turkey or makers mark, then I would drink beer all day and toke a little. It got to the point where when I would get hang overs it would last three-four days. I had alcohol poisoning at least twice.

Remington 40x Bore cleaner I use it for pistols to clean out the barrel before and after shooting. Website said formulated for rifles. I have never had a problem. What say yall? I use this in conjunction with a solvent on the barrel and it really seems to clean em out good.

When are people going to grow up and realize that drinking is not only a waste of money but also immature? From age 21-27 it was a blur. Then one day I decided Im going to quit drinking and doing "other" stuff. I quit cold turkey and have never looked back since and cant believe how incredibly stupid I was.
