  1. Gosh 6.8 i really liked that ......well said.
  2. So how does this in any way shape or form justify the Big 0's healthcare reform. My parents both worked and raised 4 kids, I rasied 2, my son is raisng 3, whats your point. Life is life you can't afford your kids don't have them, it's not my responsibility to raise or support them. Fine for not bying health insurance $167 a month (based on healthcare bill's $2000 a year fine for not buying approved plan.) add that to your jumble of numbers.
  3. The .357 Sig is a good round, however there are a few flaws in his testing. He should have tried to standardize barrel length. The .357 and 9mm got 6" barrels and the .45 a 4.41" barrel. I really don't think the results would have been any different. I was suprised by the performace of the 9mm out of a 6" barrel. I would have thought it would have gone thru all 3 plates. However I will continue to stick with a 5" .45acp.
  4. Personally I would not blame them if everyone of them closed their doors and walked off the job. That would really create a healthcare crisis now wouldn't it.
  5. Obama health care supporters: Florida doctor tells Obama health care supporters to go elsewhere - OrlandoSentinel.com MOUNT DORA — A doctor who considers the national health-care overhaul to be bad medicine for the country posted a sign on his office door telling patients who voted for President Barack Obama to seek care "elsewhere." "I'm not turning anybody away — that would be unethical," Dr. Jack Cassell, 56, a Mount Dora urologist and a registered Republican opposed to the health plan, told the Orlando Sentinel on Thursday. "But if they read the sign and turn the other way, so be it." The sign reads: "If you voted for Obama … seek urologic care elsewhere. Changes to your healthcare begin right now, not in four years." Estella Chatman, 67, of Eustis, whose daughter snapped a photo of the typewritten sign, sent the picture to U.S. Rep. Alan Grayson, the Orlando Democrat who riled Republicans last year when he characterized the GOP's idea of health care as, "If you get sick, America … Die quickly." Chatman said she heard about the sign from a friend referred to Cassell after his physician recently died. She said her friend did not want to speak to a reporter but was dismayed by Cassell's sign. "He's going to find another doctor," she said. Cassell may be walking a thin line between his right to free speech and his professional obligation, said William Allen, professor of bioethics, law and medical professionalism at the University of Florida's College of Medicine. Allen said doctors cannot refuse patients on the basis of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation or disability, but political preference is not one of the legally protected categories specified in civil-rights law. By insisting he does not quiz his patients about their politics and has not turned away patients based on their vote, the doctor is "trying to hold onto the nub of his ethical obligation," Allen said. "But this is pushing the limit," he said. Cassell, who has practiced medicine in GOP-dominated Lake County since 1988, said he doesn't quiz his patients about their politics, but he also won't hide his disdain for the bill Obama signed and the lawmakers who passed it. In his waiting room, Cassell also has provided his patients with photocopies of a health-care timeline produced by Republican leaders that outlines "major provisions" in the health-care package. The doctor put a sign above the stack of copies that reads: "This is what the morons in Washington have done to your health care. Take one, read it and vote out anyone who voted for it." Cassell, whose lawyer wife, Leslie Campione, has declared herself a Republican candidate for Lake County commissioner, said three patients have complained, but most have been "overwhelmingly supportive" of his position. "They know it's not good for them," he said. Cassell, who previously served as chief of surgery at Florida Hospital Waterman in Tavares, said a patient's politics would not affect his care for them, although he said he would prefer not to treat people who support the president. "I can at least make a point," he said. The notice on Cassell's office door could cause some patients to question his judgment or fret about the care they might receive if they don't share his political views, Allen said. He said doctors are wise to avoid public expressions that can affect the physician-patient relationship. Erin VanSickle, spokeswoman for the Florida Medical Association, would not comment specifically. But she noted in an e-mail to the Sentinel that "physicians are extended the same rights to free speech as every other citizen in the United States." The outspoken Grayson described Cassell's sign as"ridiculous." "I'm disgusted," he said. "Maybe he thinks the Hippocratic Oath says, ‘Do no good.' If this is the face of the right wing in America, it's the face of cruelty. … Why don't they change the name of the Republican Party to the Sore Loser Party?"
  6. Agreed still nice to know he doesn't worry about the constitution. Hope he worries about keeping his job.
  7. I hope this is not to tightly edited for some people, also this did not come from Glen, or Rush, you know the Big O says they are "Troublesome". Gateway Pundit
  8. I would bet that the writer for McClatchy embellished quite bit in his article.
  9. I didn't see any complaint about central heat....
  10. Its no big deal, the information is out there I'm sure alot of agencyies already have it.....It just makes me happy to waste big brothers time....
  11. And there in lies a major problem.
  12. I work for a living, haven't had time to deal with it.
  13. I'll bet you this ignorant asshat, and that's showing a lot of restraint, voted to cram healthcare down our throats. No wonder our country is in the sad shape its in.
  14. Mike I'm with you on this to a point, the thing with clothing is plugging up the cavity in a HP Bullet, there by limiting expansion, plus you never know whats under clothing.
  15. HvyMtl, I may owe you an appology and if so please accept it as I may have misinterpreted your post. After discussing with a friend of mine I may have jumped the gun. But Im having some trouble figuring just where you stand on this issue, a very late night and poor reading comprehension. This bill is so bad that its beyound comprehension how anyone could support it. From just its mandate to force people to buy a product, to giving the Fed gov direct access to you bank accounts. To me this bill has absolutely nothing to do with healthcare, and everything to do with control. So which side of the fence are you on, pro-con or just straddeling.
  16. I find this so disturbing, I don't think you understand the average citizen. I guess it would never occur to you that most of those more fortunate than you worked their tails off to get where the are. Most of us have worked hard, raised families, endured our on personal hells, and hardships. Not everyone who is fortunate was born with a Silver spoon up his butt and a daddy that ****s money. I'm just f'in disgusted, this is a perfect example of the lefts, it ain't fair, he won lifes lottery attitude of class envy and division.
  17. Where to start with this one, there is so much wrong here, i don't know where to begin. Personally from the lack of support of this monstrousity of a Healthcare Bill, I think most American's like there Healthcare. What's coming our way, you better try darn hard to stay healthy and not get sick, because some bureacrat is going to decide if you'll get proper treatment or a death sentence. Personally I find your view of todays health care jaded, full of misinformation and personal venom.
  18. Let's quit pulling punches here, they are Marxist period.
  19. Were to begin, 4 generations of welfare, entitlement mentality, continuing to play the race card and there community leaders doing it and encouraging it. Total lack of regard for education..or moral values, lack of will to prosecute and make them serve there full sentences. Prisons that aren't prisions...goes on and on. In a nut shell lack of personal responsibliltiy and making them live or die by it.
  20. Good question Froggy, and not meaning to continue to beat the horse to death. But one of the main issues with the Healthcare Bill is the way it was passed. It directly violated the constitution, also the Senate bill which they passed rasies revenue and approriation bills must come from the House. That being said, they have found a way to cram unpopular legislation down our throats and people, atleast I am are looking back with great fondness at GRIDLOCK. With what has happened I don't think it will take but one or two contrived incidents for them to escalte to hard tyranny. Also will the majority of citizen recognize it when we see it. How many millions have been murdered by the Progressive/Socialist/Marxist last century. One of the Big O's best buds and mentors, Bill Ayers said in the early 70's that 10% of the population would have to be elimanated, today that would be 30 million plus. Stalin murdered what 35 million on the low side, Mao Tse Tung in China 70 to 100 million on the low count. I know, I need to get my tinfoil tightened. I was asked recently by a good friend when we were discussing this if I thought that the left in this country really had the stomach to murder American's. My answer to him was what makes you think they don't, to them we are just cattle.
  21. This is going to be unpopular but carring a handgun in TN is a priviledge not a right. Ownership is not licensed , and the state constitution gives the legislature the power to regulate carry, so I see no technical of violation rights. Does not mean I agree with this, just say'in.
