Okay, here's s question that could be asked again to the previous witness, if the current witness says they couldn't differentiate people arguing, how could someone in Miami, tell the difference who was screaming..  

  Yes, we teach that to our kids, but he's not a kid anymore, instead of calling police he calls some broad in Miami to tell her that he is being followed. Why didn't he call 911 and say there's a guy in X vehicle that is following me. Just saying, this goes both ways, not saying the results were correct or either party did the right thing. Just saying, that both parties could handled it better and the outcome could have been different. 

Now they are saying she's fatigued.. Once again, if she's the key witness, this is not going to be end well for the Prosecution. One thing Females don't like is attitude and the hole jury is female, that won't vibe well.. 

BTW, what does wet grass sound like? Oops, she made it up and got called on it..   She's fooked!!! 

Okay, I'm not a judge, lawyer, or LEO, or anything of that nature, but I have interviewed people for jobs, body language says a lot about people and she apparently is digging herself a hole, the more she comes across with the little attitude and being that the Jury is all female, they will catch that.. 

    Can you show me where it clearly states that?  You could look at it this way, the perp could have just stopped and told him, he was staying with his parents at so and so address, that he went to the stop to get something to drink and a snack. But, from the testimony of the his said GF, didn't look like that was an option in his head. I'm not sure how can everyone just put all the blame on GZ for this, The young man didn't do the right thing either and he paid with his life. Sucks, but he you mess with the bull you get the horns..

My parents are Dominican (Dominican Republic, you know that little country that won the WBC this year) and we eat other things and tortillas are not in our diet. There's no such thing as "white-Hispanic", there's Hispanic that has a white skin complexion or you can say what their nationality background is: Mexican, Puerto Rican, Dominican, etc..    And not every spanish speaker is Mexican or speaks Mexican, it's "Spanish". :hat:

Except getting companies here by giving them tax breaks from hell and then sticking the residents with the bill won't work. Prime example Dell.  Then you have other companies like Amazon that have set up shop here but are like slave drivers to the employees. So you need to have a balance when getting companies to come here. if you give them a break and they hire 150 people and then right after the break expires they chuck everyone, then it's not beneficial to everyone..

  Nope, look mistakes were done on both sides, we don't know what happened that night other than the 911 call and the end result. Did they confront each other, was it a polite conversation or was it an asshat type conversation that led them to blows. We don't know and we'll never know.. But we can't just crucify someone based on mob rule.    I'm going to throw this out there: Let's say Zimmerman was a Off duty police officer that was patrolling his neighborhood and the same thing happened, would those that are calling for Zimmerman's head, would you have done the same thing if it was and office duty officer?    Another What if: What if Zimmerman was unarmed and still patrolling his neighborhood and he's the one that gets killed, would you say he shouldn't have followed the man? Would those that jumped to hoops for TM, be there now?   I'm sorry but play stupid games and in stupid prizes. His parents should have reign him in and none of this would have ever happened.     You didn't but you consider "Justice" being served due to his suffering, based on your statement.   Community didn't want justice, mob rule wanted Justice.  If the Community wants Justice, then they would do the right thing and turn in all the Dope Dealers, Thieves, Shooters, Gang Bangers, and every one that is committing crime in the Community and/or against the Community.     Dave, I'm sorry but that is just plain wrong, Justice being served because the man is suffering financially. Really? What if he had a wife and kid, would you be happy that his family is having to go without? He hasn't been convicted of anything, and initially was considered a good shoot by the Police dept until the Peanut Gallery decided to pursue this. Sorry but this went from being just your opinion to being that you are happy he's financially broke and will not be able to see the light of day; that's just plain wrong in my eyes and in a civilized world.
