  1. PM me I have an extra for sale Pm sent thanks
  2. I'll be heading up Thursday for the NRA Foundation banquet and there when the doors open Friday am. Coming back Saturday. Staying at Marriott East. Pretty excited. I'll spend my time on the exhibit floor.
  3. It's a Leupold Vx-3 6.5x20 AO. I prefer scopes with adjustable objectives because so much of my shooting is done inside 50 yards.
  4. One of the great benefits of suppressors is they allow you to shoot most anywhere and not disturb anyone. I decided to set up a small indoor range in my basement. I can get to 60 feet, it's heated and cooled, no annual fees, not weather dependent, no snappy range officers, and no one three feet away doing AR or AK mag dumps (not that there's anything wrong with that, just not 3ft away when I'm benching 22lr. I'm shooting into a 22lr bullet trap that I've filled with melted wax from old candles. All I hear is 'thud'. Definitely limited to 22 rifles and really good handgun shots. I also must clean up the brass since I do sleep with the 'range officer':) Perfect for dialing in a scope or testing suppressors. 89 decibels is my best so far. Racking the bolt was 82. Rifle pictured is a Cooper Jackson Squirrel with a Surefire Ryder ss can.
  5. Moved to Patron last year when they were in Nashville and just became a Benefactor this week [emoji1303]
  6. Got an email today announcing their holiday sale. Use coupon code VALENTINES for sale prices through the weekend. Clicking this link https://shootingtargets7.com/store/?___store=default&ref=K2gwUHF0c3V0RlU9 will give you 10.00 in store credit :)
  7. Come on now guys, for those that have been to my office as both a dental patient or as a 'retail' customer as my staff likes to call it, you know that I have the best mags out there. Sporting Classics, Guns and Ammo, American Rifleman, Bowhunting, Tennessee Sportsman, and more than I can remember. I am the one that orders. You won't find Time, Newsweek, or any other liberal rags either. You will also see my framed NRA Lifetime Benefactor certificate as well.
  8. Agreed ...have bought LOTS from them.
  9. I'll send you a pm of a friend who saved me nearly 30-40% over State Farm
  10. Hard today ever go wrong with an HK pistol. The resale on them is probably better than any other major brand. I have the vp9 and the p30sk, along with a safe full of others and love shooting them all.
  11. Shipped three out last week and had no problems. Wrapped in copious amounts of bubble wrap and well boxed. Shipped priority mail insured for the amount I sold it for. All made it in one piece.
  12. This is what happens when they close the gun-show loophole. Now, they have to resort to robbery when they used to be able to buy fully automatic clips on the Internet. But, don't worry, if they decide to sell the guns to their friends, they will do a background check first....Please don't tell Obama about this, I'd hate to have his feelings hurt since he is in touch with his tears....give me a break!
  13. Yes, it's still ok. Take some pics and throw it on the classifieds, you might sell it here and with less hassle.
  14. Ok, we put the tank on a box, then the box on a pound of Tannerite.....https://vimeo.com/150505254
  15. I had some fun with the "Hillary Clinton 2016" tank top that my sister gave me for Christmas https://vimeo.com/150503906
  16. Careful with these guys, lost my dad in 1987 when he fell from his Baker Slim Jim. He was 49.
  17. I'm in Brentwood and my practice isn't posted :)
  18. Bought one a few weeks ago. Added the red apex trigger and sear. Haven't shot it yet, but plan to this weekend.
  19. In my opinion, the best way to value a gun is 'completed gunbroker' auctions. Not ones that end with a ridiculous reserve and no bids, but actual auctions that often start with a penny and no reserve. I've sold 'a few' guns the last two years, some on here and other forums, but the most consistent values and sales come from GB. The best sellers on GB sell that way. It generates the most views and the most bids. I've personally never owned a blue book as they are out of date before the ink dries in this digital age. Look for completed auctions with excellent pics from reputable sellers and you will be able to ascertain a pretty good value.
  20. I just bought swim615's od green keltec 2000 so I guess I can post now :)
