While by judging by the pics, the OP doesn't have this problem, the reason I like it is, being a big boy it is I can get my hand further around toward the center of my back, more comfortable with my palm facing out instead of in.

Although I think maybe only the agent is one that has to be specifically appointed to protect life and property. The reason I say this is because of the word or between each person. Using or make each person they are are carrying a separate description. (Notice how or is used to separate LEOs, Military, National Guard and Prison Guards in the part above) If they meant for each person listed to have to designated to protect property or life they would have used commas. Punctuation commas, colons or semi-colons and the words and, or, must, shall can make a big difference on what a law mean. But even as a employee or manager, I would think it best to get the owner's permission. I'm just saying a bartender, as an employee, would not have to be responsible for protecting property or life to be able to carry. Maybe one of the lawyers can weigh in on this part.....

Front pocket carriers - Do you ever think....

I pocket carry a Glock 32 and have never really worried about it. Don't see how it is going to go off just sitting there. I have nothing else in that pocket that can interfere with it and the trigger guard is covered in the holster. -
More On National Park Carry
Fallguy replied to steamnsteel's topic in Handgun Carry and Self Defense
There is no bill to kill. It was a rule change that went into effect before he even took office. For it to be changed it would have to go through the rule making process again. -

Abortion, Guns Top new Tennessee House Speaker’s Agenda
Fallguy replied to ZenDog's topic in Handgun Carry and Self Defense
Dems did vote to pass the bills last year, enough that they would have passed had Nafieh not cast his vote...and this was with a Dem majority in the sub-committee. If the Dems would have had the votes to kill the bill, Nafieh would not have needed to vote. In the past most committees had slight advantage of Dems over Rebs instead of an even split like now. -
Abortion, Guns Top new Tennessee House Speaker’s Agenda
Fallguy replied to ZenDog's topic in Handgun Carry and Self Defense
That is actually incorrect, there are many pro carry Dem's in the TN House. Last session some did vote to pass these bills and all but one (can't remember if it was carry by teachers or another one) would have passed out of the sub-committee had it not been for Nafieh's vote. Williams very could sit in and vote in this sub-committee, the trouble is, DeBerry as Speaker Pro-Tem can as well, so they very well could cancel each other out. -
That is what I thought, and it have played with carry a similar way and find my hand that was is more comfortable too.

Yes, they will go to the Judiciary committee. However it is actually the Criminal Practice and Procedure sub-committee of that committee where the bills have been killed each session. -
Another Ridiculous "What Would You Do" Question
Fallguy replied to a topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
That is right. That is wrong, they can still sue, they just wouldn't be awarded anything if it ruled justified. Also they are supposed to have to pay your lawyer, for your lost time at work and any other expense in defending the suit. -
If it is at 4:30 pr 5:00 wouldn't it be a Left side IWB on strong side? The way I am picturing it is when you reach back to draw it you are sliding the back of your hand against your back to draw instead of the palm of your hand facing your body. Is this right abailey362? So not really a cross draw as close to SOB carry and just having the palm of you hand facing out instead of in.

I have seen it done and it depending on your physical makeup and other things could be very practical.

Very sorry to hear this. Will keep in you my thoughts and prayers.

Yep has been SEVERAL threads started on this... CLOSED

I think your are missing this part.. or who is the employee or agent of the owner. I think even OS was saying if the owner said it was ok, you'd be good go. I think he meant the bartender couldn't tell you it is ok or something like that. It clearly says you can be an employee or agent of the owner, not just the owner. I'm not sure if there is any precedent on this, but to me agent could even mean someone the owner would designate at any certain time who isn't even a regular employee.

Welcome sound like you'll fit in just fine.

I think I will go with the Series 2 for now. I don't see myself buying a HD TV anytime soon. Also it does seem the Series 2 is overall best for my current needs than a Series 3

NRA Alert: Right-to-Carry Under Attack in Crossville!
Fallguy replied to a topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
Hmmm...sounds like they need to hire a new city attorney. They can post signs per 39-17-1359, however 39-17-1314 preempts them from passing a law like this. Seems like I have heard Crossville was very Anti- in general... -
John Harris of the TFA thinks there are enough Pro-2A dems on the sub-comittee to move the bills out of the comittee. FWIW On tie votes, the bill does not move out of committee and is dead. The Speaker of the house and Speaker Pro-Tem can both sit in on any committee or sub-committee meeting and vote if the choose to period. I think you may thinking of the Vice President casting tie-breaking votes in the US Senate.

Citizens’ Self-Defense Act of 2009
Fallguy replied to Tim Nunan's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
To be honest I'm not 100% sure if that is the intention (although to me it does read that way) or if something bad would have to happen to you first and you weren't able to defend yourself because of some law or regulation.
