im finally getting around to filling this out and i just have a couple of questions, 1.the form came torn a little bit at the bottom can i still use it or do i have to get another one? 2.under residence telephone number can i put my cell phone number like i have been on the form or do i have to use my house number? thanks all

Hey everyone does anyone know any place near donelson that will take 7 kittens in to take of them and find them good homes? We found them after hearing about the mother being run over 3 days earlier, so far we have fed them and cleaned them but of course we can't take care of them. Sorry for a lack of updates she will be having surgery today feb 24th so hopefully everything goes well Edit she is in surgery now

Got another update she will have surgery to remove the tumor next Thursday the 24th, im hoping to get paid by wednesday and i will end up buying her something to have while she recovers, she will kill me for getting it for her but shes worth it incase anyone wants to know im getting her the ipad with angry birds on it she loves that game

thanks everyone here is a small update she went to the doctor again today and they took blood and other samples to try and see if its cancer or not and they also said that its a certain type of tumor that get up to 100lbs or more if left in it will keep growing. thats all for now will keep you all updated and thanks again!

She just told me that it is pushing all of her organs to one side and that it is up and to the left which explains the lump on her left side

I just got a call from my girlfriend after she got a catscan and she told me they found a big tumor and that it could be as big as 30lbs. Dont know yet if its cancer or not still waiting to hear back but this whole thing is basicly killing me so please keep her on your mind she is my everything and I dont know what I would do if I lost her.

I cant wait for this, I still play call of duty 4 some times but mostly play day of defeat source, neither of these are on console pc only for me
