Welll if you live at the end of Clinch Mountain we might just as well say we are neigbors. Hiked up to Signal Point once when I was in the scouts, that was a lifetime ago. We live in the shadow of  what used to be the WBIR TV tower, a couple of good rock throws from the Grainger line.   And, maybe its the black panthers that keep eating my corn. Do they eat veggies with their meat?

I've always heard there were copperheads on the ridge, fortunaletly have never seen one. Will keep my eyes open. Thanks

You all did such a good job helping with the high humidity in Peace's house, thought I would run our issue by you.   Our house has a big crawl space, the HVAC is a split unit, I guess that is what you would call it, quite a bit of condensation on the duct work in the crawl space. Lots of mildew.  I have been considering vent vans, would that hlep? There is plastic on the floor. I know the high humidity in TN is hard to deal with.   Thanks   Robin

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I have a relative that suggested Blue Lakes, did not trust him though. I think we are going to have two garden plots so I may just try two different flavors. Thanks again for the suggestions!

Getting ready to plant our garden, last year was our first garden in about 30 years. Didn't to to badly except the raccoons got our corn. Wasn't any raccoons around here 30 years ago. Anyway, green beans, I couldn't remember what kind mom and dad grew, so we planted white half runners. Got a late start on getting them something to climb on. Would rather try a bush bean this year, what is a good flavorful bush bean you would recommend ?

Been using them since last summer, I was getting 4 blades every month and was getting a good supply. Thought about canceling for a while, but, they started an every other month program and switched to that. Bought my wife a handle and we have been pleased with the service, the blades shave as we'll as any we have used.

He told me today he went back to the UPS store yesterday to be fingerprinted again and a different person took his prints. He said she put something on his fingers that was not done the first time, he is hopeful that they got prints this time.I appreciate the replies, I will let you know what he finds out!

I have an elderly friend that took and passed the HCP, went to get fingerprinted and his prints are wore off, they have told him he has until the 7th of Decmeber to be fingerprinted again or he will have to go thorugh the process again. The question is, will that keep him from being able to get his permit? Not likely that his prints are going to grow back? Does he have any other options? Thanks for you help!
