  1. If you have a big doe herd then you could harvest them for the hunters for the hungry program.
  2. Im going to take some does this year and let them spikes walk. I have a few good deer on my property and a ton of doe. Slick heads beware.

  5. Finally got my coyote back that I killed back in January. I had it tanned and a head mount. Looks like a coyote rug. Here is a picture the day I got it. Here is the mount. It was real sunny today but the red color is still there, just can't see it very well. I took the pic with my phone.. I will try and get a better pic.

  8. and your tarsal glands stink to..... I love weather like this. Them predators move a lot better. Here are some pics from a buddies trail cam. I got permission to hunt coyotes on this land. The month is wrong but the day and time are correct.

  12. Same here. I guess I'm old fashion but I grew up skinning something with a knife and my hands. Think I will just stick to what I know and like doing.
  13. Some people are just stupid cockroaches. Prices on trail cams have come down a lot and there are decent models in almost every ones budget.

The following counties are regulated by private acts: Morgan is open for training from July 1 until opening day of the hunting season; DeKalb is open for year-round training except in the portion lying south and west of State Hwy. 96 and U.S. Hwy. 70, where the training season will open 30 days prior to the hunting season. Refer to specific WMA listings for WMA raccoon dog training seasons.
  17. The coyote was coming in on a cottontail distress 1. I tried a fawn distress, DSG cottontail, some pup whines.
  18. I called one in yesterday and missed it. He was about 165 yards. Think I shot over it. It was a young one maybe 20 to 25 pounds at the most. he was running when I shot at it. The guy I was with kept moving and it busted us.

  23. I believe you can use a headlamp and flashlight. Also coon season doesnt open until middle of November. You must use rimfire or shotguns I believe.
