  1. My new schedule may allow me to hunt more this year with you. I'm ready but it's been to hot.
  2. You just let me know and I will help you get rid of them
  3. I figured you would chime in lol.
  4. I was thinking the same thing. These new laws will only make it worse.
  5. wd if you need any help thinning them out this fall you can surely count on me
  6. I usually hunt by myself but I do love the company of a hunting buddy. Either way im good. Usually if someone goes with me its a friend and they know I follow the rules and they never do anything stupid out if respect for me.
  7. I agree!
  8. I striper fish down at Pickwick Dam. We use skipjack or big shad. We do use big swim baits also. We cast right up against the dam and drift back. We use several rods with different weights so we can fish different depths. We try to match up the bait. I usually have at least 2 rods in the water with different baits and using another casting artificial baits.
  9. I plan on buying me a good starter kit. I plan on tanning some coyotes. Once I kill a few deer and fill the freezer I will be hard at it predator hunting. I plan on putting a video together of my hunts. Not sure how it will turn out but im giving it a shot.
  10. My stepdad taught me and I remember harvesting my first deer with him. Unfortunately he was in a bad car accident and now he doesn't remember it. It will be a blessing to share a memory with any little hunter.
  11. That's what I have been telling folks.
  12. You should ask WD-40 he would know.
  13. Snapping turtle is good if cooked right. I catch a lot of soft shell turtles out of the Buffalo River, I wouldn't eat one anyways they stick really bad.
  14. Nice deer.
  15. Upload them to photobucket.
  16. I went fishing yesterday morning on the Stones River and 30 minutes after sunrise I was already melting.
  17. I understand they need to go due to the damage they cause. I just don't like seeing things suffer.
  18. HA HA HA HA!!!
  19. No I'm not kidding. I think shooting them and leaving them on the ground or suffering and not fully killing them is not right. Look how many starving families they could have feed with all of them. I understand they do crop and land damage but we are just as bad if we leave them to suffer or leave them to rot and not utilize the animal.
  20. You guys are crazy. It's not hot out..........
  21. My wife tells me I can't spell all the time LOL!
  22. I've done it in the Buffalo River. Most of the time we would set out wood traps (almost like cages) that had an entrance and at the top would have a place to stick your hand in on the top. Only thing is someone would have to use their foot or hand to block the side entrance. I have stuck my hand in a muddy hole under the river bank and pulled me some catfish out. I was always nervous but some of my buddy's, it wouldn't even bother them.
  23. My bad ......................LOL!
  24. If it's GunTroll then stay clear of that guy but if it's hunting101 well you need to take that guy lol!!!!
  25. We are all in the same boat on this one. You sir are correct.
