My wife and I just need some help setting up an LLC. Looking for a good attorney that is licensed in GA/TN. I've looked at the DIY online stuff but would feel more comfortable if an attorney worked on it. Thanks!

Oh, looking for this lawyer in the Chattanooga/N. GA area.

You're going to need to pick the home state of residence for the LLC and then in the other state file for "alien" status with the Dept of State. For example, if you register the LLC in Georgia and wish to conduct business in TN, you would fine for alien status with the state of Tennessee.

You probably have figured that out by now if you've already looked at the online tools like Legal Zoom. If you don't get any help from the folks here on TGO, I'd contact the Chamber of Commerce in your area and see if they can recommend a lawyer or counseling service that works with small businesses. Many areas have them.
