missing avatar

Since the update on 4-2-09 my avatar dissappeared.

I do not see anyone else missing theirs.

Not complaining mind you, just making a mention of it.

Something else I just found. I clicked on the link that is my screen name here. The one in the upper right corner of the page. It took me to the mike357 profile page. Notice the "." before 357 is missing in where I was directed to.

oh well, I was trying to come up with a reason to create a new avatar. The old one might have been the longest I ever kept one.

Ok, weird, you can click your avatar to take you to your statistics page, info, etc, just like normal, I can put my pointer on top and it says Mike.357's Avatar. You click your and it takes you to a different person name, Mike357, no period (.) between Mike and 357. This person has no posts. It appears some crossmogulation has occurred!

I've got it. If you ever want to see your avatar alive again, you will follow my instructions to the letter. There will be a blue cardboard box behind a dumpster located behind the Goodwill on Charlotte pike. There you will place a paper sack containing $142.75 in non-state quarters (eagles only) along with a green bay packers helmet filled with cottage cheese. You will do so by midnight tonight or I will execute your precious little avatar. If I so much as smell bacon I will execute the avatar immediately. Move quickly and come alone.

I keep an ample supply of Eagle quarters on hand for just these very types of incidents. Of course they are all marked and when spent will take the Secret Service right to the avatarnapper.

The cottage cheese is really not cottage cheese but quick set cement. Once the napper puts the helmet on his head he will be stuck. Gives new meaning to the term cheesehead.
