Hi guys,

I just stumbled across this forum while doing a search on Google.

I applied for my handgun carry permit about 2 weeks ago, and I'm now eagerly awaiting it's arrival. I've also just purchased a new Glock 26.

I had originally bought a S&W Sigma because of it's low price, but after I fired my handgun safety instructor's Glock 26, I knew I had to have one! So, I traded in the Sigma, and walked out with the Glock.

Now, if I can just get that permit!

Also the knowledge that some of these guys possess is incredible and I have yet to be able to stump them in either tactical questions OR general firearm knowledge.

I've had some type of gun for most of my life, but only recently got interested in handguns.

After a recent break-in attempt on my home, I decided it was time to protect my family and myself from future intruders by taking the TN handgun safety course and applying for my carry permit.

So now, I'm totally obsessed with handguns (like most of you), and I'm truely glad to be here.
