Buy-1-get-1 free Milsurp rifles (Carcano and Argentine Mauser) - Nashville

Too many projects. Both will need some work. I want to give a good deal for someone who has the time and interest to restore these rifles!

$250 for both.

Sporterized Argentine Mauser + 2 stripper clips + 20rds ammo

M91 Cavalry Carbine Carcano

Mauser: owned 20 years. Great shooter. Sporterized buttplate and sights. Retains most of the finish, weapon looks good. Comes with stripper clips and some ammo. The follower plate in the magazine is broken - it’s a $10 part, and you can still fire the rifle in single shot.

Carcano: owned a few months, ordered from J&G sales for $200 + tax/ship. Haven’t shot or cleaned it. You are getting it 100% as it arrived. Has some light pitting and the stock needs some cleaning. This is a good project rifle. The rifle is lightweight and has the button latch bayonet. Very cool. I was excited to have this shipped to my home when I got my Curio and Relics FFL, but now my safe is full and I need some space.

100 rounds of Privi Partisan Carcano ammo available for $100 extra (about a 30% discount off new and hard to find since the tariffs).

More photos available on request.

Firm on price for now but would trade for something milsurp/cool in good working order, feel free to send me offers.

Meet in Davidson County (Nashville). Must be TN resident and 18 years old and legal to own a firearm. Must flash a TN driver’s license, HCP, or FFL. Must sign a bill of sale. Thanks for looking.

⚠️ Safety Reminder for Buyers and Sellers ⚠️

This is an automatic reply meant to protect you as a buyer and a seller on TGO.

  • Use the Buyer/Seller Feedback feature to research who you are dealing with.   Please come back and leave feedback for each other after the transaction is complete.  Your experience will help others.

  • Never agree to use an electronic form of payment to buy or sell a gun!  None of the electronic payment services will protect you against fraud in a firearms transaction.  They all have terms of service FORBIDDING the use of their services to buy/sell guns.  DON'T DO IT.

  • Be very wary of anyone who insists on brokering a deal in private or outside of TGO.  Scammers almost always prefer to operate out of the public eye.
