My new Glock 32

Patton

Recommended Posts

I got my first 357 sig anything today and shot it. I have been wondering if my Glock 19 mags would work in the 32 and I was surprised to find that 26 rounds feed without any problems out of 19 mags. My shot group is not as tight as with my 9 and 40 glocks but it was still pretty good. I'll get some pics up soon.

It was definitely a good deal and glad thing went smoothly for you two.

Now get those pics up before we get people posting "This Thread is worthless without pics!" haha :usa:

I have a gen2 G19 and a gen3 G23. Slides and mags interchange flawlessly. Although I've never tried putting 40s in a 9mm magazine. Will be getting a 357 sig barrel for my 23 eventually just for fun. Can't decide if I'll get a factory Glock, or maybe an extended threaded ported compensated aftermarket version. Never shot a 357 sig. How does it compare to 9 or 40?

Congrats:)

I have one as well as my home protection weapon. I have the CT laser and a Wolf 40cal barrel for it as well. It's cheaper to practice with 40's and then put the 357 back in it. Great gun, durable and no jams ever!:D

I like the 357 sig round but the ammo is too expensive. The 357 sig seems to have more of a backwards push where the 40 has muzzle flip.

i know you can use any of the .40cal mags G22 G23 G27 in the G31 G32 G33 but not the 9mm mags due to a .357sig round is a .40cal back side, they will fit in the gun its self but the rounds wont go in the mag

enjoy that G32 i had one and i loved it

Definitely looking forward to shooting the 357. Thanks for the offer. My schedule is CRAZY tight, but I'll PM you the next time it looks like I'll have some time. Just picked up a G26 from layaway. There was an OD green G33 just sitting there all lonely in the case...

I couldn't resist and put another 50 roundsthrough it today all of which were in 19 magazines which I have full confidence in know. It's a great thing because I have so many. I am willing to bet it is because of the necked down cartridge feeding better.

Went by GT today. No 12 round mags on hand but they ordered one for me. Was too overwhelmed to have the presence of mind to check out 357sig ammo. By the time I swung by Wally World (FO) I picked up the last box of 357sig. WHOAH!!!! Did I buy just 50 FMJ???

Can't wait to shoot them though. We'll compare em to some 124gr +P+ 9mm through a G19, just for the sake of science. :P

The Wally by East Gate had quite a bit of 357 sig when I was there Saturday. I had heard a expert say one time that 124gr +P+ would be equivalent to 357 Sig.

Well maybe we can find out tomorrow. Won't be completely controlled

experiment, but I'll put my G19 slide on my G23 frame and we'll swap the 357sig recoil spring assembly in if that's cool with you. Too bad we don't have and Buffaloe Bore/Double Tap 357 sig ammo. Resisted the urge to put money down on the 33, ammo sticker shock. But a 357 barrel is in my future. Just in case the zombies are wearing Kevlar Helmets...

^^almost^^

All .40 S&W magazines run fine in the .357 Glocks. As far as 9mm mags, they will work as well if you run a 9mm Glock or Lone Wolff conversion barrel. Some may say ( for legal reasons ) to change a couple internal parts in the frame and slide, although with just a mag & barrel change you can run all three calipers in your G32.

My EDC is a G33 357 Sig with a conversion ( to 9mm ) 40-9 Lone Wolff barrel. I do like the 357 Sig cartridge but won't pay the price for the ammo right now.

Feel free to PM if I can help, I'm a current Glock Armorer.

Sounds like a plan! Although I may have traded away my G23 by then. My nines aren't going anywhere. At the least I'll bring a 23 barrel. Or drag along one of my G23 owning buddies. If not tomorrow then another time definitely. I put the 357 rounds inside my console so I won't forget them in a last second dash to the range. :bored:
