Man, you are getting REALLY good with your photography. Nicely done. Far better than anything I can do.

Not bad. The first one looks like you used some skin retouching or it maybe the make up was really oily causing that flash to do that to the skin.

2nd one is a little underexposed for my taste, but if that is what you were going for then ok.

Frequency separation was used on both for texture (Barbie doll skin) and shadow smoothing.

The second one is properly exposed at their faces (light meter). Any slower and that door and the windows would have been over exposed. It was darkened a bit in post due to the treatments\desat (going for a dated\rough look).

It is underexposed at their feet, though. Had two light stands get blown over in the storm destroying two modifiers, one trigger and one strobe...

Gonna have to redo the first. Left a bra strap and some bird poo

I used a d300 and d40 with an 18-70 and an 18-200 with simple rembrandt lighting
