I think they will. Money is nothing to DC. They

would rather get restrictions passed. They always

use someone else's money anyway.

Wow, our legal system at a snail's pace! Sued in 2003, ruling in 2008, and attorney fees awarded in 2011. I'm not saying that the system should "rush to judgement" but 8 years to get to the attorney fees seems a tad lo.....ng. What's next, appeal in 2012, ruling in 2014, etc?

How about the part requiring "vision tests" to own a firearm? The Constitution doesn't apply to people without 20/20 vision? It seems like they write these laws without even looking at the base document they were sued under in the first place.

Since DC is under Congressional control, guess who's going to wind up paying in the long run. You just know they'll go to Congress with their hands out because they can't afford the fees. Most residents work for the government so we'll pay one way or the other.
