got two birds so far

the one on top i took this mornin and my buddy got the other we doubled !

they have just started gobbling this week here as far as my property .

just jakes but they are going on the grill tomorrow .

oh the big pic i got yesterday my 4 yr old daughter went with me she had a blast lol.

This cold snap on Friday morning really shut down the birds where I hunt. They were a little more talkative this morning.

awesome deliciousness coming your way. Nothing tastes better to me than wild turkey. Not the liquor, the actual bird. If you find yourself burdened with too much turkey breast I'm here for you.

Hate to show my ignorance about this topic but are there other parts besides the breast that are worth eating? I've only been offered the breast part.

You can eat the whole bird. The legs and thighs on older birds are usually tough but make great soup and chili meat . The rest can be cooked about anyway you want and its delicious .
