LC9

Recommended Posts

LGS asked me if I could install a Galloway Precision modded hammer and trigger bar in a young lady's LC9. It is pretty simple, however, besides the takedown pin only remove the two large pins that hold the chassis in the frame, as well as the hammer spring.

If you take the little pin out that holds that funny shaped coiled spring with the crooked leg...... well, that is a little fiddly to get back in. You don't need to take that out to put in the Galloway hammer and trigger bar. While disassembling I got a little hammer and punch happy without paying attention.

If you get the modded Galloway hammer and trigger bar and you think it is a bit daunting to install send me a message. The videos on the Galloway website work pretty good in explaining things. They just don't explain that crooked legged coil spring thing too well:)
