S&W M&P Shield Size Vs Kahr E9 or K9

Recommended Posts

I just picked up the 9mm Shield and am very satisfied with the size, fit and finish.

The Shield shoots great as I fired about 50 rd without any problems. The only issue

I found is that the 7 rd Magazine when full is very hard to seat in the pistol, but hopefully

the spring will compress a little and resolve that issue. Here are some pic's comparing the size with theshellpictures9096.jpgshellpictures9093.jpgshellpictures9095.jpgshellpictures9091.jpg Kahr E9.

I will get one when they are more available, but so far I really like the Shield. When they came out I thought eh, but the more I handle it the more it has grown on me. Size is nice and the trigger is far better than anything else in that format. It's even rumored to take M&P parts!
