Ruger Customer Service

So I picked up a Ruger SR556 on March 8. When I got home I realized ther 'quick deploy' sights weren't in the box. So I call Ruger and wait about 10mins on hold, explain the situation. The man asks for the serial number and says the sights are back ordered 2 weeks but thy would mail when they arrived. No more questions asked.

Well on Wednesday the 13th my wife says a package came from New Hampshire. Sure enough a set of brand new sights.

Just thought that was good service!

They have always done right by me as well. They swapped a pistol for another for free.

 

We did have a miscommunication over my wife's pistol but in the end they tried to make it right.

I ordered some BX-25 mags from the ruger site while they were backordered...took maybe a month and a half, but they finally came. Ruger's customer service has always been good for me.

Thats good to hear, considering how many Ruger firearms I own. Glad to know they will be there if I need them.

Had a scratched barrel on a LCR which was replaced by a new LCR. I believe the turn around was about 2 weeks. I also bought an American series rifle and got the bonus cheek pad in 2 weeks also after registering online. Customer service was great with phone calls and all associated with the LCR.
