WTF, over?

http://usnews.msnbc....in-florida?lite

"The felony arrest charges include paramilitary training, attempting to shoot into an occupied dwelling, and evidence of prejudices while committing an offense. The last charge falls under Florida's hate-crimes law."

White supremacists accused of planning for 'race war' in Florida

Jesse and Al are planning AND pushing for a race war in Florida, but I guess that's ok...

and these muslim training camps in the U.S. seem to be ok as well -

"evidence of prejudices while committing a crime ..." Is there really legal language such as that in Florida law? WOW.

On a side note, it sounds like these guys were mostly targeting their own kind. Maybe Florida should put them in the same cell and let them "sort" it out. ;)

how does one attempt to shoot? Kinda like yoda says, do or do not.... either they were so horrible (after paramilitray training?!) they missed the building, or, they did not fire the weapon. Wha???

Across the board, while they very likely needed to be arrested for *something*, none of the stuff listed should even qualify as a crime.

I guess since they shot a bunch of blanks with the Hutaree they need a new poster child for militias.

Looks like another militia was charged as well.

http://www.examiner-...lty-charges.html

Looks like they are peeing in their pants to find a militia to throw the book at and make an example of. So far the ones they have found don't terrify me as much as I think they are suppose to.
