Wheelchair hunting

So I moved up here from bama and haven't been hunting in a few years. I know it is a bit late for this season but am hoping to get a look at some of them this spring/summer. In AL they had accessible spots for hunting, just wondering if there is anything like that up here. With my condition I wouldn't require paved paths and ramps etc. I actually go up the gravel trail in the national park behind my house a couple times a year. All I need is a well defined path with little to no mud to avoid getting stuck. Though semi-permanent blinds would be nice, not a necessity.

So if you can direct me to any public lands, preferably in east TN (I'm in Cocke county), that would be great!

Yes, you can contact the TWRA. They do not do a lot but they do offer some accessible hunts. Course, that will probably not be your thing if you're anything like me.

Best bet there is just keeping your eyes open for a private hunt.

TN does offer a free lifetime hunting/fishing license for the disabled and vets.
