  4. Up for sale is a Winchester Model 1894 Saddle Ring Carbine chambered in 30 WCF (30-30) made in 1911. It is close to, but not all completely original. This one was pretty rough when I started. When I work on an old rifle, I don’t want to make it “new”, just clean and functional. It’s not a collector’s piece, but it is now a really nice historic old shooter. The rifle has been completely disassembled, cleaned and put back together. There was little (if any) original bluing left on the metal. I did not try to make the metal look new, but I cleaned it up and gave it a vintage look with cold bluing. The original gum-wood stock was in pretty rough shape and had, at some point in the rifle’s 113-year life, been refinished and sanded a bit too much. The original gum-wood forend was also sanded and bit too much and is split at the front. I cleaned them up as best I could, but they were still just to ugly. I replaced them with a reproduction set from Gunville.com in American Black Walnut. After hand fitting the new furniture, it was finished with a hand rubbed oil finish. The original stock and forend will be included. The saddle ring is also not original to the rifle but I believe it is an old piece. It also now has the correct v-notched ladder rear carbine sight. $950, located in Nashville. For sale/trade to persons who can legally own a firearm. Trades I’m interested in is a Marlin GBL or Trapper in 45-70 with a threaded barrel. I’ll add scratch as needed. I can send more (and higher resolution) photos (including some before photos) upon request.
  5. Howdy neighbor! I'm in Bartlett. Welcome to the nut house.
  6. I’ll buy/build you one if you let me shoot on your land.
  7. I am a Tri-Cities resident and I am looking for a place to shoot around at least 4-500 yards. I am thinking about joining kettlefoot but would rather find someone with private land that would let me and a work friend shoot. We have our own steel targets and are willing to pay. We are very safe and have been shooting enthusiasts for many years. It’s just to hard to practice anything meaningful at the local 100yd ranges.
  8. I think it’s priced fairly? Open to offers if not.

  12. Practically brand new Walther PDP Pro SD Compact. Has maybe seen 65-70rds through it. Decided to get a staccato and decided to sell this. Included in price is Holosun SCS-PDP, Streamlight TRL1-HL, Harrington Arms PDP Comp. (It does have a threaded barrel, would be a great host) Has factory Walther performance trigger which is a great trigger for a striker fired handgun. Also comes with original case, 3 mags, 1 speed loader, original slide cover, as well as a RMR Plate. Asking $1050 (Have over 1400 in it).
  13. A friend bought a Mossberg with a pistol grip and brought it to my place to try it out. after a couple of standard loads he said he wondered what a magnum load would feel like so I got him a couple to try. After the first one he stopped and I passed. He bought a full stock for it shortly after that. The front grip will probably help.
