I took a nap on the couch one day and later that afternoon I notice that my bench made was gone from my pants pocket I looked under and in the couch but could not find it after a few hours looking where I had been I figured it was gone. A few months later we got a new couch and before getting rid of the old couch I checked it again and not so gingerly after cutting a few pieces of fabric off their it was wedge in between two pieces of wood. I hope I get that lucky again for it is lost as I type these words

OK I have been looking around and I am going to do a AR pistol. Thinking Of a 7.5 barrel in 5.56 I have found a few different lowers and uppers but I Am thinking about starting with a cmt lower and upper. When I get ready for To buy my barrel what would be a good twist rate for all around shooting.

Thanks Nick for posting those for me. And thanks for all the info everyone I am happy with it When I found out that it is between 103 and 106 years old is icing on the cake. It does lock Up good and has a great trigger. The barrel has been replaced with a newer version

It is a model 1905 m&p made between 1906 and 1909

OK been doing some digging looks to me that is a m&p from 1913 to 1914 with a newer ramped front sight barrel I think.
