In Canada. Lol Seriously you have to apply for a non-citizen liscense, challenge a test, pay a fee, and wha-la. The only catch is that it has to remain in Canada. What's the point of that? From a Canadian freind "You don't have to be Canadian to get your gun licence here. Challenge the test, get your PAL (possession acquisition licence) and buy yourself a tavor."
