    P226 or P30?

well, decided to go with a P30 v3, can't wait to get it to the range gonna have to put some night sights on it though, any recomendations?
  2. this, i watched a show one time about the autobahn and it was pretty intresting, they don't just give anyone a license at 16, drivers over there have a graduated program they have to complete that is pretty strengent and the fines are pretty stout too. I try to practice lane disipline but some people just don't and never will get it over here. I think Montana even had a no speed limit stretch of road for awhile.

    P226 or P30?

I'm looking for a home defense and range gun and have narrowed it down to these two i believe. I prefer it to be da/sa so that would make the P30 a v3 correct? As for the sig it would either be a MK25 or an unfired '93 model. Those of you who have experiance with both/either which would you go with and why? I haven't shot a HK yet but have held it and i liked it alot, i'm gonna try and rent one this weekend.

    Remington 700 AAC-SD

or this... http://www.advanced-...ct.aspx?pid=682 saw a 700 AAC-SD at the lgs the other day with one of those on it marked "special edition" it looked pretty nice to keep with the AAC theme
  10. I'm looking at getting a remington 700 and then getting the barrel threaded for either a muzzle break or at some point a suppressor. This would be my first experiance with a gunsmith. Are there any questions i should ask or anything to be on the lookout for? Lastly is there anyone in the Brentwood/Franklin area that you would reccomend? thanks
  11. anyone catch how much the sig 228 went for?
  12. i use to race these things as well, they are alot of fun. one place i would look on the web is rctech.net for info on every aspect of this hobby, there are some people who really know what they are talking about on there, if you're going to stick to the electric/bashing side mainly, check out rcmonster.com, they can help you with brushless motor/esc/lipo battery combos. if i was getting into the hobby and looking just to play around i might look at this - http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_info.php/cPath/1_44_1258/products_id/213514/n/HPI-Vorza-Flux-HP-Brushless-RTR-1-8-Scale-Buggy-w-24GHz-Radio t/w a good lipo charger and some good batteries, 1/8 buggies are tough as nails and hpi parts are not hard to find. can't help you much with nitro, i hated it
  13. starting to find this out, franklin gun shop had one yesterday but it was 849, i'll wait, but only so long
  14. have been thinking about my first ar too, my thoughts were to buy a complete rifle, M&P 15 Sport, first, learn about how it works, then put together a suppressed sbr ar

    Best 10-22 barrel?

not trying to hijack here, but having been given a bnib 20 some odd year old remington speedmaster 552 i've been been faced with this question, spend $$ on the 552 or sell it and put together a nice 10/22?

    Red Jacket AR

i enjoy watching the show cause i feel i learn alittle about guns and how they operate every show, between that show and American Guns i've become somewhat addicted to guns, but the whole Vince leaving (and possibly coming back now) really has me thinking the shows writers are working overtime on the drama... end of thread hijack back on topic
  20. an m1a will cure your problems
  21. looks like its time to go shoot abunch of different makes and models
