  1. I feel the same way. I am in quite a few other forums including off road forums. And most of the how-to posts for tips and repairs as well as off reading trips were all ruined, just a bunch of blank spaces where years and years worth of informative pics used to be. I was less worried about my stuff missing as I was the posts that helped me fix problems I was having and I’m sure I wasn’t the only person who could use the knowledge. I hoped the move would bite PB in the rear and I assume it did since they changed back. But like you say, who’s to say they won’t do it again after realizing they’re not getting back all the users they lost. I haven’t used Imgur yet but need to give it a try.
  2. Oh okay I gotcha. I hate this is going on not just for the OP who is trying to get his property after waiting was always seems like an eternity but also because I enjoyed having that gun shop here in Smyrna. Sucks all the way around and the way it ended was not something I’d have foreseen for sure.
  3. When you say went by there Friday do you mean back in February or this past week?
  4. Wow that’s crazy, I always loved going in there and chatting even if I wasn’t buying anything. Thanks for posting this.
  5. Facebook page is down as well? I went by several times over past couple months and doors locked. Not sure what the heck is going on.
  6. I went with a complete DD mk18 upper but outside of that I’d go with 11.5 BCM barrel for a dependable upper. If you didn’t want to use DD that is. Trusts times are dropping quickly 6-7 months and maybe even less for SBR. But also keep in mind with all the brace choices now, may want to do pistol for ease of travel out of state and of course no tax stamp. The new SB brace is sold out everywhere and many people are going with PDW setups as well. I am running a SBM4 on the mk18 and also have a BA 11.5 with a KAK blade. So many choices these days.
  7. Well unfortunately I’ve only been out one time to shoot this. If someone would have bet me that I’d have this almost three months with only one range trip, they’d have won the bet. Life, just life gets in the way of recreation sometimes lol. But I have carried it with me a few times while checking game cameras and just wanted to say how much I love the sling setup. It truly is very nice and easy to adjust. Hope to get out this weekend and run some rounds through it again.
  8. I love seeing stuff like this, I bet they had a blast!

You belonged before, you’ll just look cooler now lol
  10. That’s weird, I was in Guns N More last weekend and heard part of a conversation between the new guy and a customer. Worker said that a big portion of their business was transfers. Sure didn’t expect to hear they quit doing them. Maybe they’re doing special order only through them?
  11. Haha!!! Thanks for sharing!
  12. Awesome that you were able to get it back!
  13. I ordered 3 the other day for $29 each from SurplusAmmo.com. It was a good deal but I’ve been getting the run around with getting them shipped since I ordered them. Next time I’ll wait till Primary Arms or another more reputable company. I’d like to have 10 sitting in the safe just for hard times or boredom.
  14. Thanks it seems very comfortable and length is better than I figured it would be. I debated on the Maxim Defense brace and ended up going this route anyway.
  15. I've wanted to do this for a long time. I don't even know the total cost yet but I know it wasn't cheap (for me anyway). Build list: Daniel Defense MK18 URG SilencerCo ASR flash hider Spikes Crusader lower receiver Surefire M300c Scout light (500 lumen) with Surefire SR07 remote dual switch and UE tailcap Thorntail SBR scout mount Magpul sling adapter Magpul MS3 Gen 2 coyote sling Geiselle SD3G trigger assembly Trijicon MRO 2 moa red dot American Defense QD mount BCM QD end plate Midwest Industries QD sling attachment Sig SBM4 brace Magpul MOE+ grip Midwest Industries buffer tube assembly Spikes Tactical ST-T2 buffer Seekins Precision bolt catch and mag release button Geissele super charging handle Daniel Defense fixed front sight. Not sure if I want to use the fixed rear as of now. Probably go with flip up rear. Unknown manufacturer ambi safety selector All remaining lower parts were from my stash of extra parts. I don't think I left anything out. I'm really excited to get some time on the range with this setup. The length of the MI buffer tube and the SBM4 brace seem like a good fit for me as of now. I plan on getting a stamp for this lower and leave this setup alone once approved.
  16. Very nice, congratulations! I have yet to kill anything but time. I made up my mind way before season that I wouldn’t take a buck unless it was bigger than last years. Hard to do, trust me, but I’ve stuck to it. Very happy for your harvests!
  17. Congratulations that’s a good’n!
  18. Got in the tree at 4:45. At 5:15 I had a deer walk literally behind my tree but have no idea what it was. I had to come out at 9:30 because we’re doing Thanksgiving at in laws and since the wife just had shoulder surgery she needs help getting ready. So I eased down and checked my camera to find a new 6 pointer that was 20 yards in front of my stand Monday at 9am while I was at work. As I put the card back in two does came out from back property line. I waited for 20 minutes to let them get on by my truck but they didn’t. Waited until I got up there and eased back in the woods. Anyway, usual for the deer on this place to move later in the morning when it’s really cold so I wasn’t surprised to see them as I left. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
  19. The wind sure cut through ya this morning! I had two doe come by about an hour apart. One of them had a deer 50 yards or so behind it but never could make out what it was. I moved to my blind at 9:30. First time hunting out of it this year. I have to leave at noon so these bucks need to step it up and come on
  20. Saw quite a few nice bucks posted on Facebook deer pages this morning. Reckon they are moving pretty good.
  21. Wife just had shoulder surgery this afternoon so I won’t be out tomorrow. Weather makes it not be that big of a deal anyway. I’ll be out Sunday Lord willing(and my wife too) and it looks too be a good day! Good news is wife’s surgery went good even though she doesn’t feel too hot right now. So thanks to the Big Man upstairs for a quick recovery for her. Y’all be careful tomorrow and good luck #wearyourharness
