What gun shops are around nashville that are worth checking out while I'm here?

Honestly there are better towns in the Hardeman county area. I would suggest Middleton if you want good schools for your kids. My wife is a teacher at the elementary school which is considered the best in the county. If you need more info about the area just ask. I've lived here all my life.

I have a pawn shop in Bolivar, TN that will do the transfer for $25 and that includes the background check. I know its a pretty good drive for you but thought I'd throw that out there.

I can understand not selling firearms after 10pm but not ammo. This doesn't seem to be a company wide policy because some stores allow it. Ammo sales that is.

I bought the 9mm JHP's at about midnight. I've heard some walmarts having that policy.

I've been searching for some 9mm JHP's and have refused to pay the inflated prices. I finally found some remington JHP's at Selmer walmart last night. They aren't the best in the world but for $25 for a hundred rounds I couldn't turn it down. They had plenty of .40 s&w, .45 and 9mm fmj. Looks like this ammo shortage is finally ending.

I have a 239 9mm that I'm thinking about trying to trade for a 239 .40. That way I don't have to buy different ammo...just use .40 in everything I have.

I saw some of that on a pallet in Selmer walmart sat. night and was wondering what it was. Seems like walmart is using all its sources to get ammo on the shelf. Works for me.

As of 9:00am.....Bolivar, TN walmart had lots of 100 winchester 9mm and .40 s&w. Also alittle .40 s&w blazer brass As of 11:30am.....Jackson, TN north walmart had lots of 100 round winchester 9mm, .40 s&w and .45 auto. Also some in blazer brass.

My nephew just bought a new g27 for 539 otd at guns and ammo in memphis. That seems to be a pretty good deal.

From the reading I did on ar15.com last night they don't seem to like them. They say that they are on the lower end of ar's. I'm not sure I want to buy it if that is the case. I'll just save alittle more and get some of better quality.

Before anybody gets their panties in a wad this is just my opinion and it means nothing I know. I've been here pretty much since the beginning of the forum. I've posted a few things for sale over the years but not something everyday. I know this website costs money to run but that should be covered with the sponsor money. I don't feel like I need to pay 20 bucks every 6 months to keep it going. That gets me to the classifieds section. Why don't you put a longer time limit so people have to wait 6-12 months to be able to post instead of the money? Like I said from the beginning this is just my opinion and I just wanted to see if anybody else agreed.
