357 mag is a longer, more powerful round of the same diameter. You can use 38 spl in a 357 mag but not 357 mag in a 38 spl. Try it and see if it works for you, sometimes they do not have as much accuracy because of the longer bullet jump.

Inexpensive is the Galco Matrix 7. It is a polymer snap on. I carry either a Glock 22 or 23 in it and it rides medium high.

Seems the Fed Admin is full of folks who don't know jack much less their jobs!

If warranty work then you should be able to get a RMA from the company you are sending it to, RMA will not cost you. I have had best luck with FEDEX, hub center. Put a copy of sender and receiving address and problem inside with firearm. Always insure and track. Make sure they (receiver) knows it is incoming. If not warranty work then call and make sure the receiver knows it is coming and problem with it. Send the same way. I have good luck with SA and Glock, not so much with others.
