  1. In my opinion, muslins brought this on themselves. Maybe this could be an alternative to being sniffed by a dog for their transportation needs... Dave S
  2. Why does our civil war cannons loaded with tennis balls keep popping into my head?   DaveS
  3. Clarksville, but the problem is Stewart County and parts of Montgomery County. I'll post a picture later of two "freezer pigs"  that went in my freezer.   Dave
  4. When I applied for a patent, the first thing I did (was advised by an attorney) was draw up my design, print it out, put it in an envelope and mailed it to my self. The envelope got time and date stamped, it is un-open and if a problem arises, I have a date and time to fight with.   Dave
  5. We don't have such luxuries. We shoot them by the dozens (sometimes 50-60 at a time) and leave them lay. Every once in awhile the helicopter (pork chopper) will land and we'll remove a head or two to be tested. What the coyotes and buzzards don't eat...STINKs after awhile. Then we shoot the coyotes! Win, win situation! Varmint control at its finest!   Dave
  6. Buzzard and Coyote food. Then comes the smell!   Dave
  7. Exactly. It's a sighting device. No different than crosshairs, scope ect, ect.   Dave
  8. I've been thinking about it; that scud bucket reached inside the van and put his hands on that woman, would that be cause to shoot in self defense? I think it would, but the time and place was way off. She could have got shot by someone else. It was a bad situation all the way around.   Dave
  9. OK., there is no ruling on Federal property that would disallow the use of Laser sights. As far as the Federal Game Wardens are concerned, they are OK just as long as it only projects a laser beam and you do not point it at aircraft, which will land you in jail. He will talk to the state warden tomorrow and get us a "statewide" answer. As the Fed warden said, it's not a light to "locate" game, it's a laser device used for "sighting". Do not take this as gospel until we talk to the state guys tomorrow.   Good evening to all.   Dave
  10. Oh, not the "evil black bikini!" Dave
  11. "If I had a son, he wouldn't look like Trayvon" Sorry, couldn't help myself.   Dave
  12. I think what they are referring to is projecting either a laser dot or "spot light" onto a game animal when otherwise a crosshairs in a scope or iron sights can't be seen. It's not real clear either way. After reading the regs it's pretty flakey. I'll be seeing a game warden in about an hour, I'll get his opinion.   Dave
  13. I would agree with "daylight", but if used in "lowlight" conditions as in Sun-up or Sun-down, that might be the problem. If the warden who checks him goes on "intent" opposed to "letter of law"  most likely there won't be a problem. Best solution is don't use a light/laser sight while hunting. It's crap I know, but it's not worth the headache it could cause. Too many young wardens out there wanting to make a name for themselves...albeit a bad one at that! Maybe use it and turn it off if you see "the man" coming. Red Dot sights are fine. Lasers ?   DaveS
  14. Watch it buddy.....   J/K. No further comment at this time Sir.   Dave
  15. Lazer sights that are capable of projecting a light/dot onto a game animal is illegal.
  16. I'm not fussing here or anything, but what would TM have done, flip them the bird? Just wondering....Ya'll all on Zman....He may have been found "Not Guilty", but he isn't on my list of favorite people.   Dave
  17. Skittles delivery truck? Sorry guys, I couldn't help myself! Good for Zman. He needs some positive things happening in his life.   Dave
  18. I'm moving to Florida in May 2014. Beers on me Zman....no tricks...I promise.   Dave
  19. I wouldn't mind helping, fact is I would buy him a gun myself, except for the $30,000.00 a month he gets donated on his website.   Dave
  20. I've never heard that about their hat before....   DaveS
  21. There is a lot of things in this country that needs fixed way more than "Stand your Ground". All these people need to leave me and my rights alone! I'm about sick of the politics!   Dave S
  22. Yes, I actually was.
  23. Back on topic....I'll buy Zman a gun my ownself! He was found "Not Guilty", leave him the he** alone now.   DaveS
  24. Went to the rally at APSU and was told they didn't want no "white a** crackers" there. I had racism thrown right at me! P*** on them. They can relay their own message! Give folks the benefit of the doubt and they'll crap on you every time! DaveS
