  1. All I was able to find out is it was a guy from florida. Not name nor address no nothing.
  2.   Last year, someone hit my RX8 at a party. And now after much wait, and some extremely unexpected help from my dad it lives. Picked it up tonight and turns out that he sold the car to the shop owner and got me another one. Really hard to not spot All black 18" rims and a body kit. The front bumper is the replacement one that I got for the original RX8. All in all, pretty happy and now I can start building my rifles! I will post some photos of it in the morning. Looks really good. Gave the guy the title to my old one and waiting for this ones to come in from the company he got the car thru. All in all, a crazy and unexpected twist. And this one has about 4,000 less miles as well. Only downside is I have to re install my subs.
  3. Yeah, but make sure you label that is on the envelop tho. Was doing that for three rifle builds and went in and bought a car with the money.
  4. Thats right, most people living in the US can't drive stick. But the same thing can be said if the round does go thru the engine. That alone will not stop the vehicle since inertial will still carry it over a distance. Albeit a much smaller one.
  5. Do they do special requests? maybe a G3 .308 receiver? :x:
  6. Wouldn't shooting the driver of the vehicle with a .40 technically stop the engine? Sure, you didn't shoot out the motor, but you got the person controlling it.

    Nasty Weather

So many crashes from the rain last night and even more from the ice this morning. I must say, tennessee is filled with some of the worse drivers I can think of.
  8. I had someone steal my dashund and throw him out of their car a few miles from my house. He has a scar on his head and a massive one along his side that required stitches and months of care. He still walks with a limp and is very hostile to other people. I know it was someone from the neighborhood since there is not way he can open a gate with two locks. I cant wait to find out who and make their life extremely unpleasant. I boil inside every time I look at that scar.
  9. If I remember correctly, a bank in china quit accepting them. And the fact that AMD graphics cards can mine the bitcoin derivatives such as litecoin, have made the cards skyrock in price. If anything, the payout was massive a while back and now its falling and falling. The strain put on the hardware also has to be taken into account. I will not buy a card used in mining only because the whole time its been used, its running at 100%. The processor on the other hand is not readily used. If you jumped into it early on, the payday for a lot of people was great. Joining the "late game" will not be lucrative for most once you factor in electricity and the cost of the equipament, ie AMD graphics cards.
  10. I hope it goes away soon. Looking to get back into engineering and the new amd cards are almost as good as the dedicated cards. For a lot less. I am not paying $690 for a $400 card.
  11. Ever seen the royal enfields? Love the looks on them, but tiny engine.
  12.   Sorry Dolomite, this was the part I was referring to. Should have quoted it earlier.
  13. This has been eye opening. Showed it to my boss and he is speechless. Officers not found at fault? complete BS.
  14. I would use the cloud as a back up in case they find the recording equipment.
  15. Too bad turning those cameras into semi automated turrets is probably illegal.
  16. Not to offend, but it looks like a toy with that paint job, has a plastic look to it. Im going to say its probably how the camera took the photo.
  17. I have a couple of customers that have the super glides. Hell, one of them tried to get me to ride his. I always like the sporters looks and I find the fatboy to be a bit too big for me. And this C50 is a heck of a lot cheaper than a new or most used harleys.
  18. I want one, only issue is that my dad and all his buddies have harleys. I am the odd ball that likes a suzuki.   http://www.suzukicycles.com/Product%20Lines/Cycles/Products/Boulevard%20C50/2014/C50B.aspx   May just pick this up in the spring.
  19. My old man has a 883 custom that he never lets me touch. Been looking at a boulevard for a while now.
  20. Have a co worker that used to do this when she worked in downtown. She would leave her .45 in the car. Now she is getting a CHCP for her toy. I only open carried once and it was when I was walking my dog and heard some coyotes out. Other than that, did not like taking the risk.
  21. The book is quite elegant on the way it was written. The movie is a shrewd mockery. The omnithopter is not a dumb flying box but a helicopter with wings and thrusters instead of having rotors. Read the book, I do not think it will disappoint you. Avoid the rest of the series, just like enders game, they fail to capture what made the first book great. Now the three pre dune books we pretty good.
  22. For some reason, I kept seeing how different it was from the book. Some books just do not do well in the big screen. They kept most of it accurate, Ill give them that, but somethings, really got under my skin. Still better than dune, and I LOVE that damn book.
  23. Im a bit lost, from what I have gathered this means that we can carry without a HCP, or did I miss something completely? Or is it about where we can carry with a permit?
