  2. I bought a DPMS Panther with forward assist and dust cover at bass pro for 699 plus tax.. yesterday

  4. Im in the process of quiting aswell, Offically been 1 day without smokes. Hard as hell and im grumpy. The one thing that gets to me is not smoking after i eat. Other than that quiting cold turkey is not to bad.
  5. Ria is a great entry level 1911, Right out of the box it is just as good if not better than my friends Kimber. I want to do stuff to the RIA, But its on the chopping blocks right now. Its currently entertaining trades, But so far nothing of my interests. So ill more than likely keep it and start adding parts to it.
  6. I actually like the factory grips, If i got any others it would be Hogue more than likely.
  7. Shot 420 rounds through the glock this weekend and not one problem. Even shot some Nato through it. The rock island is worth every penny, Its very accurate for the price and so is the Glock. Next on the list for the glock is night sights. Plans for the RIA are unknown at this point, At a crossroad with it.
  8. Just picked up a Glock 19 3rd gen and i love it. And some pictures of my m1911. Ordered a Stainless steel guide rod and 3.5lb trigger connector for the glock. Pictures are going to be big lol.

    I just picked up a 3rd Gen Glock 19 and i love it. Cant go wrong with it.
  11. Walmart in rivergate had about 40 boxs of 50rd 9mm wwb, 10-12 100rds 9mm wwb and other calibers. .45,.44,.40 and others.

  13. Id love to come shoot with u and jon moody. End of the month ill be ready to rock lol. Well i shot it today and im amazed for a entry lvl 1911, Its super accurate put 100 rounds thru it today. I bought a chip mccormick magazine yesterday. I think this is my favorite gun ive owned so far, Now i gotta decide on what i wanna buy for carry. Either a compact 9 or a compact 1911. The magazines are getting better after 100 rounds. Anyone know the best place to buy wwb 100rounds around this area?

  17. Haha i hope so too, Anyone ever have a problem with the gun not wanting to feed ammo when it has 8rounds in it? For some reason mine wont chamber a round when its full. Hoping its not just me.

  19. M1911s have always been my favorite pistols since before i was able to buy handguns. This was my chance to get one and i took it, I love this gun already and i havent even shot it yet. Here are 3 pictures hopefully they arent too small. First step into a none poly pistol. Note the pictures are huge when you click them lol..

  24. So it IS legal to carry a handgun in the car without a HCP if you have mag in glovebox and gun in the trunk? Just want to verify so i wont get into deep ****.
