  1. They do but it's expensive and not what I'd call pocket friendly. However you can slip it in the back pocket of a pair of overalls quite easily
  2. If this was on the east end of Knoxville that was likely Champions "Outlet" store which has returned models, scratch and dent models, etc. Champion has stood the test of time in this house.
  3. I own plenty of both from 17 to 45. Much like a lot of lower dollar brands they take a lot of flack because QC isn't there like it is with other higher dollar brands. I've found their customer service follows through given the proper time and keeping the pressure applied. Do I EDC one ? NO. But they are better than a hammer
  4. I thinks it's a lot like fishing. Throw your bait in for ANY fish and see what bites. I imagine production costs are a lot similar for many firearms nowadays so they gamble and the house wins either way.
  5. I get at least 3 emails a day for "guns on sale" and have for sometime now. Most show the same discounted prices and on occasion they'll bump it with a factory rebate as well. I don't relate it to the state of the economy however. It's more likely over run from the last dry spell we had and it's just catching up. A man could stack cheap ARs like cord wood right now.
  6. Top to bottom in pic- 4 Walther stamped 380 7 round mags with pinky rest. 1 unmarked 10 round mag- $150 6 stainless 8 round 1911 .45 mags. Unmarked-$90 6 Springfield 13 round Hellcat 9mm mags-$150 7 Walther Meccar stamped 380 7 round mags with pinky rest-$150 I'm in east tn but will ship.
  7. Those are 2 old pics I had laying in the folder. I think that's the 44 pac.
  8. That's my issue with HP, it's like a black brick on a stick lol. I currently have zero RIA's but had plenty over the years that served me well.
  9. For a plinker 10mm I feel you're looking in the right direction. Im quite fond of RIA and while Hi Points won't win a beauty contest they do the job.
  10. I've got different guns for different reasons. If there are extras or duplicates in a particular group then usually they are looked at first if a higher quality replacement is considered or purchased for the group. I then sell the extras to pay for the new addition. In the case of the 10mm I'd base my investment amount on its use. Plinker is one price range where a serious carry piece is a different price range. As far as selling all those in your way give a feller a heads up when you do lol

  13. Ruger New Model Blackhawk "Buckeye" Edition For those unfamiliar this was a limited run issued by Ruger for Buckeye Sports in what I believe to be 1988-1989. As usual with limited runs they quoted only 500 of this model exists but I've never done the leg work to verify. I just know this one is new in the box and have been in my Ruger collection for a long time. Time to see if someone else wants to add it to theirs. Chambered for 38-40 / 10mm. The 10mm cylinder has never been spun and only left the wrap long enough for a pic. 6.5" barrel. It has the Buckeye blossom etched into the top strap to indicate the limited model and has a SN special to this run. Box isn't mint but really good for it's age. Only trade interest would be a collectible on my short list and those are pretty specific anymore. $1500 I'm in east tn but travel occasionally and I'm also not against shipping it if that's whats needed.
