Which makes the midterms critical.....if the Dems retake the Senate they will do what McConnell did to Garland by refusing to hold confirmation hearings and waiting for the 2020 presidential election. IF this is true about Kennedy then Trump better have a replacement already queued up ready to go for confirmation and they'd better get that confirmation done before the midterms...just in case that blue wave materializes....

And John's a solid dude too. I met him at the Rangemaster Instructor Reunion in Athens GA a couple of weeks back and on a personal level I like him a lot. And appropriately enough for this thread he carried a HK VP9 with Red Dot. At the Reunion he did a presentation on the 21 things he has learned from watching all those gunfights on video and while it is "common sense" it was good to see someone who has done the research validate that.

Reminder that this one is just about 3 weeks to go as of now. Shooting paper targets will only teach you so much about gunfighting....you HAVE to do force on force training to get the whole picture. So come on out and get some work done under the eye of someone who has been teaching the Suarez FOF classes for a decade now. (First aid kits are good to have in case of emergency) Kevlar thread for cutting zip ties/flex cuffs/tape / etc if I can't just break them (loose string in your pockets doesn't raise an eyebrow) Metal bodied pens which tend to not break (I might need to write something down like directions ) Bottle opener ( For Corona and Cokes and Fanta) This and the fruit knife are an easier thing to explain if you can sell a backstory of being a bartender. $6 Fruit knife (cortar Limas por mi Corona y Modelo o pelar manzanas, etc) Easily found Decoy Wallet full of $1s and pesos worth about $10, expired/compromised and cancelled credit cards, used gas cards. Real wallet better hidden Small streamlight micro stream and Surefire 6P. (It might be dark somewhere I go) lighter (to light the Cohibas I might offer to new "friends") Cuff keys well hidden (just in case......) Also not seen in the pic is about $50 in USD to grease the wheels of justice and "pay fines on the spot" in case I encounter any entanglements with the local constabulary....

Ok the knife is a Victorinox fruit knife. You can buy em where they sell kitchen supplies for about 8 dollars. It’s not the “Captain Killemall Combat Classic with Skull Crusher and Sawback” it is a simple knife that people use to cut fruit ....like limes . Or cigars .... That combined with the “bottle opener” which is actually the Suarez Heretic and with a little bit of thought on your backstory and you can sell the “ bartender backstory” as to why you would have a knife like that and a bottle opener on your person and not necessarily be a threat if questioned. Also helps to have another $50 US in your pocket to “ pay fines on the spot “ if you run into any entanglements with the local constabulary. It’s a different world down there.

Unfortunately not this time. I had a family function in Knoxville over the weekend. I was just pimping the class for Tom in this thread out of sheer altruism. Hopefully it filled up and was awesome. But I guess we'll have to wait for a review....

They don't care. They want civilian disarmament and don't care what it takes to get it. At least they are finally being honest about it. For YEARS they hid their true agenda. Now that former Justice Stevens has come out for doing away with the 2nd all the kooks are being a little more vocal.... But they need to really think this through.....they run the risk of a political backlash like in 94 or worse a cultural backlash and armed insurgency if they actually try to implement this stuff......
