Experimenting with some 125 grain blue bullets in 9mm. Anyone have any experience with these? I have a good load worked up with HP-38 working on one with Accurate No5 and just picked up some Unique. So far I have found that you must put a good amount of bell on the case. These will be shot mostly in a Glock 19, S&W SD9VE and M&P 2.0 compact and will most like get shot from my dad’s hi power and shield.

The Accurate No.5 load did not work very well. Several double feeds and stove pipes. The HP-38 shot really well and acutely a little on the warm side but the brass looked good. I am going to up the Accurate 5 charge by .02 grains and see what happens. I also picked up some Unique yesterday.

Anybody ever used blue bullets? I just got some 125 grain 9mm loaded some with 4 grains of HP-38 and some with 4.9 grains of Accurate 5 loaded to 1.145 COL. This was also my first time using Accurate 5. Not sure I like it dose not fill the case very much. I will give an update once I shoot them.
