One way or another you are paying every day for stupid and no matter what laws are passed to "save lives" your still going to pay. helment, seatbelt, life jacket, whatever.. with or without.. we all pay into it. live with it or live out in the woods, have no bills, and live off the land. idunno.. just let me live my own life and make my own decisions about my own personal safty.

The point was not weather or not they are life savors it's the simple pettyness of cops who have nothing better to do then stop and harass people for this, just for this.. I have no problem with being warned or cited if I'm stopped for another reason. You paying for things will always remain.. no matter what anti-stupid laws are passed. just a fact of life. I mean seriously.. what's the next big save us from ourselves law that gets passed and enforced.

This kind of activity boils my blood. Same goes for the cop who pulls you over b'cause he saw you weren't wearing a seatbelt. With everything going on in the world today cops like this need a good swift kick in the ass.

I can agree with that. I never intend to kill anyone. Killing someone sounds too much like murder. I intend to protect myself and family in whatever means necessary. If someone dies as a result, so be it. My initial intent remains the same.

I had the 709 and liked it better then the PF9. You shouldn't have any problem dropping it into the cargo pocket. Size wise they are about the same but the 709 is a little heavier which helps on the recoil. I could easlly drop a couple hunderd rounds through the 709 without thinking about it but I would never do that with the PF9 becasue of the recoil. The 380 is by far the smallest, lightest for those times when you can't carry anything bigger, but if you can get away with carrying a little larger gun in the pocket by all means go with the 709. I personally carry a PM series Kahr but there are times when I can't even carry that and opt for my P3AT.

I have to admit.. IF they can get the issues resolved, I will buy another. It's the best feeling/shooting polymer 380 on the market today. And their service, even with most of them going back for repair was absolutly top notch. nothing bad to say about them at all. Everey time I sent mine in I had it back within a week. I think they will get the DB380 reliable and when that happens I'll pick up another one.

Earplugs work wonders. If your happy otherwise and the sex is good, keep her.

There are a couple threads here as well as on many of the other forums. I have personal experience with this pistol and I would stay away from it. Way too many issues and the chances of getting a good one right now is slim to none.

Keep the revolver. PERIOD. I'm not a revolver guy but there is nothing more reliable then a revolver. it needs no tender lovin care or maintinance to go bang. Can't say that about alot of semi's.
