I think they are the best guns out there in their price range. I trust one with my life every single night. While they may not be match shooting material or a superior target guns.. (due to the triger) they are excellent home defense guns. and once you get used to the triger.. ya can shoot em just as good as anything else. (if that even mattered)

I agree it may be a user issue. there's a vid on kahr's site. I wouldn't bother with the dealer if it is a defective gun unless he's close to you. I would just call kahr and have them issue a pickup for it. kahr's are finicky about assembly. I had problems the first time too.. but now it's a breeze.
