  1. It has been regular in kingsport at walmart -- i have managed 13 bricks in the last 3 weeks off and on-- gun rack had some up here for 6 bucks per box of 50 -- not sure if they have anyleft -- it was Wolf match grade
  2. Kmart had shotgun ammo up here until recently -- now they carry nothing
  3. How did they attempt to remove the etching? That looks great man. Trigger good?

    I BELIEVE

All I have to do is look at my daughter and that leaves no doubts.  However i completely agree with his beliefs that a day wasnt a day and a year wasnt a year as we know it.  Noah died at over 700 years old..... that was always my reasoning behind the belief.   Nice find thanks for sharing
  5. Amazing to me some of us own thousands of dollars and some of us own tens of thousands of dollars in firearms and other vaulables but we wont spend 1k for a security system ... i was guilty as heck for a while and luckily it didnt bite me.  No matter how good your safe is all it does is buy time......
  6. I cannot recommend ADT -- i had them for three years and basically their gound floor system sucks.  I came home to officers in my driveway more times than I like to admit due to system failures.   I would recommend getting your own rig, cameras etc and put them in noticable locations not easy to get to.  I have a 8 camera setup i bought from SAMS and there are 6 cameras in the front of the house and 2 in the back -- i also have GSD's in the back yard.   I have Fleenor as well and not much complaints with their system...     ADT is aweful though.
  7.         we do not want to see what happens if there is a food shortage....some think we are about to find out though.  There is a book called one second after.... its about EMP attack on the US and is set in black mountain, NC -- very scary book   It deals with shortage of meds, food etc after the SHTF...... I hoep we never find out
  8. Whatever you guys say, This wasnt a whining POST thread o anything like that - it was an observational thread that the ammo is coming back around.  People arent getting the prices they asked for on other sites so now they are fishing. I get it, pay 20 bucks and post whatever prices you want.....noone is complaining about that especially me.  I have around 9000 rounds of .22 and if someone wants to give me 20 cents a round for it -- take it all!!!!!!!!!!!! hell ill throw in a couple of .22 guns to go with it...     My whole point is the thread meant what it said.....ammo is coming back around and fishers are fishing to unload what they probabaly overpaid for.  I picked up 3 bricks of .22 for 21 bucks a bruck tuesday.......i have found 300 rounds of 9mm (limit on boxes or i would have bought more) and even found a bunch of .380.      I posted in a thread because i thought for sure it was a typo .... next thing you know im a free market hater. Funny how things work........

    Ruger 1911?

To flat answer your question the gun is as good as any Colt I own. I have thrown over 1 k rounds of all types of ammo without a single FTF. The gun is solid as with all Rugers, built well and it shows at the range. I have shot at least 50 rounds with the factory mags and thy worked fine; no FTF.The majority of my shooting of this gun was with Wilson Combat legendary mags. You won't be dissapointed.
  10. Yeah got that in about the third grade.....the rules are jumping around. One day no posts over 100% of the post madness prices and now it's do whatever.

    Ruger 1911?

Mahoneys in Johnson City have the commander and the govt both for 699. I have the govt model and it's a fine gun.
  12. I thought part of the rules of the forum is not to post something over 100% of it value. ?
  13. Naaaa I'm calling them on it. I'm sick of it I don't see Kmart selling things for a 500% difference over Walmart. If I did I would say something to them as well Its insulting.
  14. G C D. You will be surprised at how many songs you can play with these three chords. Learn them
  15. Guys, lesbians make up a pretty loyal following for the dems. Gotta make sure they stay drunk to keep the votes coming in.
  16. Because it appears some of the gougers have shown up here.
  17.     If this is what you have decided on , accept no substitute......wait it out you will find it
  18. Wait until we see the new Snail Sex study that cost us a cool 880,000 dollars.  You know we need a carbon tax to fund this stuff.     Then there is the new internet tax that is coming and the email tax and probabaly a forum tax -- this is going to get good
  19.         I agree with some of your ideas and I have my own ideas which i have expressed numerous times on this forums.  However they are MY ideas and not the owner/managers of the store which have every right to do as they please.  Bottom line is we get pissed when things dont go our way and we dont recieve what we think we should.  Its not our call to dictate how someone operates their business.  If you dont like it then shope somewhere else.  I highly doubt too many people are going to boycott Walmart or other stores because they didnt get their share of what they feel is "owed" to them.
  20. We use dryer lint and petroleum jelly combination when trout fishing. Save your old dryer lint and add a little jelly. Sparks up easily and burns for a while to get things started.
  21. You guys are cracking me up. Free enterprise and of we don't like it time to roll to China. Some of you are getting dangerously close to sounding like the enemy. There should be a limit, or they shouldn't do this or sell that......you see things change when we don't get what we want. I'm as frustrated as the next person but whining about store policy is BS. I respect the people that built their stores and whatever policy is fine with me. I may not like it and I may piss and moan when I don't get what I want but it is what it is.
