  1. Is there a model number on it? I was not able to open your pictures. Please email them to me at: jd_2@msn.com and I will see what I can find out about it. It looks like a model 49 or 50.
  2. You know the goverment - depends on what the definition of "is" is !
  3. Depends on the spring. When I took care of the weapons for our unit, I found several M9 mags springs that had set. I also have a 1911 mag that was loaded in 1943 and remained that way for 55 years. The widow of the person to which it was issued gave it to me along with the 43 Colt 1911A1 and holster. I put in fresh ammo and it worked fine! Best bet - unload and check them every so often.
  4. Integrity is the definition of manhood, well done !!
  5. Always buy one larger than you think you need. Canon "P" series are a good value for the money.

    KELTEC choice

    PF9 - slim & light
  7. Sub 2000. I have several Kel Tec products and they all work great for me. My favorite: PLR 16, 223 takes AR mags, it's a pistol. With a pistol permit you can have it loaded in your car or truck. Can't do that with a rifle or shotgun.

    Kel Tec PLR-16

I've got one. Put the handguard and brake on it. It's loud! I have had no problems with it. Sights aren't much, I put a laser on it. They are a hoot to shoot! It fits nicely in a lap top soft case.
  9. I would recommend Redman's, give them a call: (509) 826-5512 They do 25-20 as well as other calibers.

    QUESTION?? MINI-14

I've shot mil surp 5.56 through mine as well as 223.
  11. Keltec 380 when I want something small. Colt commander when I wear a jacket.

    Kel-Tec .380

    I like mine. No problems.
  13. Check the serial number. Commercial models will start with a "C". What was he asking for it? Value really depends on how original it is and would start at around $500. My guesstament - $750 plus or minus $100.
  14. I was surprised at how quick it came. I got the "book packet" a few days before the license.
  15. I got mine in Oct. Could not have been easier. Only took 11 days to get it back.
  16. Greetings to all. Happy to be here in East Tennessee. I am a retired form C141 Flight Engineer, having spent 30+ years in uniform. Please see the C141 Heaven website. Enjoy shooting, reloading, hunting etc. Collect U.S. military weapons. NRA Benefactor Life member. Life member - VFW and Air Force Association. I've been target shooting at Chuck Swan but would like to find someplace a little closer. Cheers, JD
