  1. Going today (sunday) bringing the belgium browning
  2. The way i see it is this, Some guys think that carrying extra ammo is just extra weight and you shouldn't ever have to empty a full mag,but the thing is weather or not your the greatest shot in the world or not, extra ammo isn't going to kill you to carry infact it will probably help you shed a few pounds haha. Regardless of what your opinion is on it, I'll put it like this, I hope i never have to draw my gun on an individual, if I must I hope I never have to use it, If I have to use it then I hope I don't have to fire more then one shot. The thing is though for all i know terriost could invade the country while I'm on the roadways, not able to get back to your home,Then what? you have a low supply of ammo and no means of defending yourself if you empty your one mag. So call me paranoid or what have you,but I'd rather be safe then sorry , the likely hood of that scenario happening is slim to none and slim probably just left, but the likely hood of the government wanting to come take your weapons, well i'll say its a bit higher . So i'll keep my 2 or 3 hi caps in the sig and my ak in the trunk along with my bug out bags in all my vehicles and bullet proof vest
  3. SIG WINS lol great post man
  4. that's not "paranoid" that's ready my friend, my usually edc is my sig p229 12+1 in gun spare mag on weak side, s&w 637 airweight strong side pocket or in front of wallet and one speed loader,While in acura and chevelle mak 90 ak 47 30 round mag "ready" and 3 spares, in my trucks savage 110 tactical .300 win mag 4 "ready" and 25 on bandolier
  5. I can personally say i've never had a gun that wouldn't go "Bang" everytime i pulled the trigger, But the worst getting to go bang everytime was a high point c9 during the "Break in" process Took it too the range and for the first 100 or so rounds it would jam on about the 5th one in the mag every time but after that broke it down cleaned it and shot thru every one no problem. The 2nd "worst" would have to be a cobra .38 derringer although there were no failures to fire the trigger pull was Horrible with a capital H lol other than that made for a good pocket gun
  6. alright thanks for the replies gives me a bit more insight, and some what less hesitance toward proceeding with a design plan and working plan lol i'll keep you posted
  7. Alright so I got to thinking a few minutes ago, more or less about something I want to lay down in design platform, and a question arose. Would electricity or electric current effect a guns internals? Such as if it were hit by electricity or if a lesser form such as a stun gun, and i searched the internet to no prevail so just wanted to get everyones opinion or thoughts on it.If you think the parts would withstand electric currents or if there was a chambered round the likely hood of if firing.etc
  8. So phill with your comments early what your saying is next time i'm in the middle tenn area you'll sell me a cz 85b for about 250 correct? lol

  21. Alright well as the title states I bought another 1911 today, from a buddy of mine who is lets just say not gun "savy". He's the kind of guy that just buys guns to test them out and then sells them for whatever he can get out of them lol.Needless to say, whenever I get a chance I pay him a visit.Well anyways the info I need to know is the value of this piece as I'm no familiar with all the colt 1911's. The left side of the slide reads (patented APR.20,1897-SEPT.9,1902)(DEC.19,1905-FEB.14,1911-AUG.19,1913) COLTS PT.F.A.MFG.CO HARTFORD, CT. USA. the left side of the frame reads (United States property)No2283xxx m1911a1 U.S. ARMY. There are more marking thru out the gun that I can share but any info of the value would be greatly apperciated I'll try and get some pics up later on today, misplaced my camera early but thanks in advance guys
