3. At the Outpost?
4. Anybody had any issues with shooting 38spl. in a 357 lever action, getting crud build up in the chamber?I hadn't,but heard people say it's a issue. It would be the same with 44 spl. in a 44 mag.My rossi lever rifle has 38 spl.-357 mag stamped on the barrel.                                                        Thanks Jeff
5. I got 2 100 rd. packs,$3.99 per pack +tax.
6. Hey David send me a PM on the price for 1000 and where are you located?Do you carry any 38 cal.158 gr. bullet lead or jacketed?
7. Ohhh ,that is bad doing that.At least put a new price sticker on it.lol
8. I went by The Outpost Armory today to get some small pistol primers.I asked the guy if they had any ,he said yes we do.I asked how much they were for 1000,he look at me funny for a second and said there was a 2 pack limit(200 primers). So what are they going to limit next gas? Lol.Just thought it was funny an sad at the same time. Jeff
9. Using SR7625,Bullseye,Unique,PowerPistol?I don't want to use gas checks
10. SKS or AK.They always work.I do have a AR,but it would pick the AK or SKS for a rifle to depend on.Just my opinion. Jeff
11. I shoot 38's with SWC bullets and they feed fine.I don't have a chronograph .I 'm using 3.5 grains of Bulleyes in the 38's
12. I shoot 38's with SWC bullets and they feed fine.I don't have a chronograph .
13. What I have right now is some Remington 158 grain SWC.I bought a couple of thousand a few years back.anybody use these? They are really dirty handling them, but shoot good in 38's.
14. I'm shooting a Rossi also .Wanting to keep it under 1200 FPS.I don't want to use gas checks.
15. I have several reloading books, but just wanted to hear from some people that loads.theres not a whole lot of lead bullet loads for a rifle.H ow much more velocity can you expect out of a 16 " rifle barrel when using pistol loads?
16. Anybody go some good loads for a rifle.158 gr bullets.Bulleyes,Power Pistol,Unique,SR7625 powder is what I have. Jeff
17. Look on GOC too.Plenty of overpriced WalMart ammo there too Jeff
18. On my rifle rounds ,223,243,30-06,etc.When I resize them and check a few and see if the bolt will close on them.Even if one measures over what the book shows ,they will chamber fine.If you shooting in a match where they measured the groups with a caliper it might make a difference. Jeff
19. Your right about the raising of prices Lumber Jack.I'm in good shape on everything.I don't need a thing, just think some of these prices are really sad and funny in a way.I see some of the prices people are asking for some rifles, pistols, and ammo, and you just start laughing. Some of them sound like they don't know exactly what they have the way they describe them, they just want to sell.
20. I rememeber those days,MAK90'S for $300 to $350,7.62x39 for $80 to $100 per 1000.9mm about $80 per 1000.You could afford to get out and shoot and have fun.Now the economy SUCKS,and everything is so high you can't afford to do anything.I don't see things ever getting better.                                                Jeff
21. There's not even a ban in place yet,and people are jacking up prices on everything. It's not just the dealers,it seems like everybody is.If a 30 rd. AR mag is $40 or so now without a ban,how much will it be if they ACTUALLY do ban them.People need to calm down .I've seen people asking $600 to $800  for a SKS.Come on!                                        Jeff
22.
I'm going to keep buying Mountain house for now. It lasts longer, tastes better, and is lighter than MRE's.
Where do you get these at? Jeff
23.
What optics is on your Savage and Stevens vs. your AR. “Grouping” has everything to do with the shooters ability to repeat POA.
Savage has a Nikon 4.5x14x40 Buckmaster,Stevens is a Simmons Whitetail hunter 6x18x42 I think without getting it out of the safe.AR has a Nikon Prostaff 3x9x40. Jeff
24.
they can be found on ebay for around 60 a case.
Ok.Thanks. Jeff
